very good location, red line is literally right outside the door. good view too, $3 water conveniently in room. can be loud with emergency vehicles passing

Overall had a good experience at this hotel. The location was perfect and close to tourist attractions, grocery stores (Trader Joe’s) and restaurants. Super convenient traveling with my mother who is older. I mostly felt safe with the exception of the last night which got a little rowdy around 3am outside. Hurt some fighting. Also in the 4 days I stayed they never came to clean my room for some reason but did quickly gave water, towels , etc upon request. Would recommend .

We stayed there for 1 night. Location is so good. But waited to check in for 30 mins. There was only 1 lady. Room was clean, bed was okay and we enjoyed.

Horrible. Room was not clean. Shampoo and Bodywash bottles empty when I arrived. Parking costs more than the room. I checked out early because of the issues and told I would receive a refund for the days I did not stay later to be told that no modifications can be made and charged me for all the days anyway. Location is great but besides that there is no good reason to ever stay at this hotel.

Great price point! Traveled last minute with my daughter for a college visit. Room was fine except for the fan/ heating unit kept making a loud clacking noise every time it turned on. I appreciated that the hotel gave us a room away from the elevator. Great water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Parking nearby was quite pricey even with the hotel discount.

Nice, big and comfortable room. Everything you need. Regarding breakfast. There is no free breakfast for Hilton Gold members since the restaurant does not belong to Hilton.

I booked this hotel for the third time in a row and I noticed that the first time he gave me a view and the second and third time he did not take that into account.

When we stay there 4 days they took 400$ for deposit. But they didn’t sent back till now. It’s already 15 days gone. Actually when I stayed 6 years ago in the Beijing airport Helton hotel. They didn’t pay back my deposit 800 rmb.

The hotel did not refund my deposit even though they told me the deposit will be refunded within 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and the hotel is ignoring my phone calls and emails.
