Hotel sucio y con muy mal servicio, el personal de recepción grosero y maleducado, me cargaron 4 veces la garantía y me dicen que se devuelve automáticamente y tengo en mi tarjeta 600€ cargados por la incompetencia del personal, que parece que están en una fiesta en lugar de estar trabajando, muy mal servicio en general, hablar de limpieza es mejor ni hablar, pelos, restos de comida en la habitación etc…

The staff was so helpful. The property is a great spot for shopping and entertainment. We took three five year old girls and they had a BLAST in the pool. The adjoining rooms at the end of the hallway were key. Stans donuts and Sweet Mandy Bs and Potbellies close by was perfect. Quick Lyft to American Girl Doll and Color Factory was perfect.

Check-in staff was great! Very helpful in a timely manner & very friendly. Valet parking was a plus, but the rest not so good. Something black along the bottom of the mirror in the bathroom. Paint chipping by the toilet paper holder. There was no shelf/place in the shower to our own shower items. The fridge did not keep items cool even though it said it was on & at 38 degrees. The Refuel Bar is a rip off - we got a bottle of Tropicana Apple Juice, Mountain Dew & a seltzer & our total was $19.50 then was charged $2.59 in Sales Tax! The worst part of all was we laid down to go to sleep & the bed was ITCHY! I mean so bad to the point where we ended up sleeping fully clothed or we were itching our bodies every few minutes... I gave this hotel about 3 out of 10 stars and it would've been 0 if it wasn't for the great check-in staff & man operating the valet parking. We thought being downtown right off the Mag Mile it would great so we could walk everywhere.. but Definitely WILL NOT stay here again!

This location is perfect for a stay in Chicago. Easy to walk to everything like restaurants and shopping. However, the lobby turns into a club after 10pm, the room was fine but the phone didn't work along with the lights being off and the first room I tried smelled of smoke terribly. They moved me easily but like I said the room was fine. The staff was very nice and took care of me when I asked.

Security was horrible, I was approached several times by homeless people inside, I stayed 2 weeks, had conversations everyday with the front desk staff, not once did they remember I was staying at the hotel, and then they gave me a room key without an ID. What if that wasn't me? Someone could have just gone into my room and taken all my work documents. And after the whole stay I asked if they could extend my stay and they said "its a process", anyways, the stay was very disappointing.
