The pouch you handed to our receptionist was delivered to the agent precisely as per your instructions, and our team was not informed of its contents. We take such matters very seriously and encourage guests to report concerns immediately to allow us to address them promptly, which regrettably did not occur in this instance.We also apologize for the smoke odor in your non-smoking room. Our hotel strictly enforces a non-smoking policy, with a fine of THB 5,000 for violations. In your case, it seems the odor may have come from a neighboring room.
