Hotel entrance and elevator is in bad condition. I felt that the elevator was shaking and afraid if it would fall. Staff at night was only teenage staff. One staff did not try to listen condition of room, she wanted to only finish me to go to any room and do other job. In the morning older staff came to ask about opinion for hotel. I said above idea. She did not try to understand it but immediately said that they may have other job so do so they tried to finish you fast. (At check in time, no one was waiting, they must give the priority about room that I wanted quiet room) About the room , it was beautiful but very noisy. After 10 A.M. speaker at junction will start. It is a convenient location but you can not rest well there.

The environment is very good, the service is very enthusiastic, the hygiene is very clean, the aunt is very enthusiastic, the front desk service is very good, the room facilities and equipment are very complete, travel is very convenient, the exit is the subway station, the front desk service is very nice, there are a lot of travel guides for reference, the location is at the subway exit 1.

Hotel: The hotel takes up 2 levels of the building. The room was clean and drinking water was provided everyday. The bed was clean and there was a huge TV in the room. The toilet is slippery, my child fell down on the first day so take note. Location : The location was superb, you can get all sorts of food just below the hotel. And it is located just beside the metro station. Service : The service staff are amazing. Very helpful and polite. They made our stay so much better. I cannot praise them enough.

Hotel is very conveniently located just 2 min from Exit 1 of Wuyi metro. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would recommend to traveller looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Changsha. A Super large tv.

A great place to stay! Lots of shops and eateries around, always packed with people. Location is great, just a few steps from the Metro Exit 1. However there isn't any English sighboard. Not a problem though. Reception was better than the other places that we have been. Very helpful and caring. Will come back to stay here again in the future!

Hotel location is in centre of town, near the shopping malls. The only set back is hotel front counter is located at 1st floor of the building, which is a commercial building, rather confusing and difficult to locate its entrance as it is at the side of the building. Make matters worse as we have to carry our heavy luggages to climb up the stairs to 1st floor ( no lift ) to the front counter , its not a good experince !

The hotel location is only a min walked from Wuyi square station exit 1. It is super convenient location. Hotel staffs are very friendly and gave us a lots of info such good restaurants, understand Chinese map and etc. we were very please selecting this hotel and will recommend everyone for this hotel.

This hotel looks like rundown from outside but actually they already renovated the rooms. Reception located behind the building and the staff, Yang Shi Mun is very helpful to make our stay enjoyable 🥰 The room is clean but the toilet is transparent, not really privacy for friends but for couples it's ok 😂 Location is right at the exit 1 Wuyi square metro and surrounding area is full of malls and night market. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel , near subway 51square exit 1, concierge very helpful.

Location very good, very near metro and Wuyi Square so very convenient for shipping and finding food. The TV is fantastic huge Xiaomi TV and have huge variety of China TV channels that I love very much.

This is a very good hotel. It is possible to wear beds in our rooms to make us safe. What is good is your enthusiastic service, which has enabled us to provide a wealth of services to our hotel.

Spacious room, very close to metro, easy to walk around from there.
