SCAM!! UNAUTHORISED BOOKING made and charged. Super bad customer service! The hotel did not handle the unauthorised booking even I reported the issue for many times. No one answer the call and cannot reach out to hotel for whole day. The hotel refused to follow up or refund and I need report to police to handle finally.

The place is not so big but the service is actually helpful. Can't check in early but its okay. love the pods and the bathroom.

recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions. The room itself was clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience in the city."

As always selalu suka kalau stay di kota lama dan harus ngejar flight pagi tapi dengan tempat nyaman dan affordable :) aku selalu stay di bobopod karena sangat worth it
