Dịch vụ dọn dẹp và phục vụ đều ổn, nhưng tốc độ internet cực chậm và tôi phải nhét thẻ phòng nhiều lần mới vào được. Vừa mở giấy vệ sinh ra đã thấy bên dưới có thứ dính màu vàng rất ghê tởm.

Giường quá cứng, khăn tắm, toilet, thậm chí cả chăn bông cũng cũ kỹ, cả đêm tôi không ngủ được, sau đó tôi đổi khách sạn để bù lại giấc ngủ đã mất. Quan trọng hơn: Tôi đã đặt khách sạn trong 3 ngày. Tôi đặt phòng riêng cho mỗi ngày. Tôi chỉ ở lại nửa ngày và còn hai ngày nữa. Họ không cho phép hoàn tiền. Đây đơn giản là một vụ cướp và làm ăn tồi tệ! Used to be popular for steam and sauna but they are all close now, not only to the public but even no such facility for the guests.

Travelling from overseas is exhausted, sleepy, tired n everything. First of all, big thanks to Mrs Nadya at the reception, she is greetings me with a smile from the moment I'm arrived until the day I am check out, it was top service. I did not mention about want a high level, she knows it already. Coz, normally when I am booked a hotel, definitely I will request the highest floor. I'm booked here at last minute, turn out it was a great experiences. All the staff here is friendly and easy going, food for breakfast also good. Only one thing, "seated for breakfast". When I had breakfast, while I am going to take another food, other guest seat there. So I need to move to another table. My phone and room access card still on the breakfast table, how is another guest not seeing it!!? Or they just do not have human sense!? Hello!!!!I am still not finish eat my food! My suggestions, maybe hotel management can provide a small things at the every each table at the Cafe Sirih, which state that "Occupied/Unoccupied". So that kind of things will never happened to another hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experiences being here. Definitely will repeat again. Thank You again to Mrs Nadya and all the staff at Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta.

Loved this place. Staff were amazing and the hotel is very clean. The swimming pool is really cool and they also have a massage parlour. The gym is really small but it has a few dumbbells you can use. Very close to monas, just a 15 minute walk.

Very glad they allowed for early check in even without notice. Staff is so polite and very helpful. As for houekeeping just hope that they didn’t keep on banging on your door to do the cleaning when you’re still in the room. Food was good especially breakfast, a lot of choice and very tasty food. Buffet dinner is just ok with limited options. Location wise, it is ok. What can you expect from Jakarta right.

I love the hotel, staff well trained, v friendly and v helpful. The sad part is only the jam in and out of hotel as it is right in the middle. The rest are excellent!!!

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Gambir train station, making it very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring, even arranging a taxi pick-up for us. The room was clean, and the rate was very reasonable. Although we didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant or other facilities, the overall service and value make this hotel highly recommended.

One of the best service, we liked our breakfast, but I think the hotel management needs to control on cleanliness! The bath tub and towels were dirty!

the location is good. i stayed in the junior suite . everything is okay but the water in the bathroom shower part water did not flow.
