La stanza è enorme Molto pulita Un suggerimento anticipare la colazione alle ore 7 e inoltre se possibile fare in modo che si possa cenare in struttura per ottimizzare e rendere meno incasinato il soggiorno per chi lavora ( se possibile)

Alle Jahre wieder und immer begeistert! Saubere, leise und sehr grosse Zimmer. Die Tiefgarage ist super. SEHR freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, welche auch gerne tolle Tipps zu guten Restaurants, schönen Stränden, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. geben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Salento und man erreicht Strände und Städte schnell. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf das nächste Mal :-)

Ci siamo affidati a questa struttura per far pernottare i nostri invitati il giorno del nostro matrimonio. Le ampie camere spaziose e pulite, gli spazi comuni ben curati, servizi transfer, oltre agli utilissimi consigli dello staff hanno permesso a tutti i nostri ospiti di stare insieme e iniziare con qualche ora di anticipo i festeggiamenti. Pensavamo che visto il numero di invitati tutto questo fosse impossibile…ma impossibile non è una parola presente nel vocabolario di Gabriele e del suo staff!!! Assistenza, disponibilità, cordialità, professionalità e onestà sono aggettivi che non bastano a descrivere Gabriele e la sua famiglia. Ottimo anche l’aperitivo organizzato a pranzo!!! Blu residence super consigliato!!! Non ve ne pentirete!!!

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera ampia e confortevole, pulizia, bagno molto grande, colazione più che sufficiente per il supplemento richiesto, zona silenziosa e comunque centrale con tutti i servizi e le comodità a portata di mano... meglio di piede...pochi passi e si è in centro città.la struttura ha un garage privato ma si può tranquillamente anche parcheggiare in strada

Il Blu Residence è una struttura alberghiera molto accogliente e insieme discreta, moderna nonché, per quanto riscontrato anche ultimamente, nell'arco di un intero periodo di soggiorno di tre settimane, perfettamente funzionante ed efficiente e viene gestita, con passione e partecipazione evidenti, in primis dal direttore della stessa, il Sig. Gabriele. L'attività, comunque contraddistinta da un elevato grado di professionalità, appare allo stesso tempo improntata su spiccati criteri di gentilezza, disponibilità, discrezione e cordialità. Si percepisce una attenta e costante cura per i dettagli da parte dell'intero staff. La pulizia dei locali è sempre risultata impeccabile. L'ambiente dell'appartamento è spazioso, accogliente e ben distribuito e lo stesso è arredato in maniera funzionale e con gusto. La cucina in dotazione è adeguatamente attrezzata e funzionante. Il residence è inoltre felicemente posizionato in una zona semicentrale strategica, signorile, tranquilla nonché circondata da ogni genere di servizi. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli!Gentilezza cortesia ottima pulizia una buonissima colazione con il pasticciotto leccese immancabile e che dire ne vale la pena tornarci ....il mare a due passi. Disponibilità e serietà.La camera molto spaziosa e confortevole tutta accessoriata

Mini appartamento abbastanza ampio, ma per usufruire della cucina/ frigo il servizio è a pagamento così come l'uso del televisore si paga. Del resto buona la pulizia,buona la colazione . Personale disponibile .

Abbiamo scelto Blu Residence come unica location per ospitare tutti gli invitati al nostro matrimonio che venivano da lontano. Oltre all'ottima posizione rispetto al luogo del ricevimento, tutti gli ospiti hanno apprezzato la cortesia e professionalità di Gabriele e il suo staff. Accoglienza perfetta e affidabilità, sono le parole chiave!! Grazie!!!

Piacevole e calorosa accoglienza del giovane e simpatico gestore con relativa consorte, in questa struttura moderna, la camera o meglio il “bilocale” a noi assegnato molto ampio e spazioso. Dal mio punto di vista esperienza positiva e lo consiglierei.
