Tôi là người Việt Nam! Vilas chăm sóc khách nhiệt tình, thời tiết ở Bali quá lý tưởng, không gian vilas sạch sẽ, tiện nghi! Nếu có thời gian tôi sẽ ở lâu hơn! Quá tuyệt vời!

Biệt thự sạch sẽ và rộng rãi có hồ bơi riêng. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây một lần nữa trong chuyến đi tiếp theo của tôi.

CẢNH BÁO: KHÔNG DÀNH CHO NGƯỜI KHÔNG DÙNG ĐƯỢC CÔN TRÙNG VÀ NHỆN. Yêu cầu phun thuốc diệt côn trùng và phải diệt 4 con nhện rộng 1 inch, một con gián to bằng ngón tay tôi, một con nhện khổng lồ to bằng lòng bàn tay tôi và nhiều loại côn trùng khác. Bể bơi bẩn và có hàm lượng đồng cao từ clo, khiến mái tóc nhuộm đẹp đẽ của tôi trở thành màu xanh lá cây. Tất cả các móng tay của chúng tôi cũng vậy. Mẹ tôi có làn da nhạy cảm và bộ phận sinh dục của bà bắt đầu ngứa ngáy vì đồng (đồ bơi của bà cũng chuyển sang màu xanh lục). Rất khó chịu và phàn nàn nhưng tất cả những gì họ cố gắng bù đắp là những hộp cơm trưa miễn phí từ nhà hàng của người chủ. Làm thế nào một hộp cơm trưa miễn phí có thể khắc phục được mái tóc của tôi?! Tuy nhiên, các nhân viên đã thực sự tốt đẹp và hữu ích. Họ cũng cố gắng giúp đỡ tôi bằng cách nêu vấn đề của tôi với đội ngũ quản lý của họ. Bức ảnh được đăng là khi đội của họ cố gắng ngâm tấm vải trắng trong bể bơi, tấm vải này bắt đầu chuyển sang màu xanh sau khoảng nửa giờ.

Đặt biệt thự ba phòng ngủ - phòng rộng rãi, kích thước hồ bơi khá lớn, nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện! Tuyệt vời cho các gia đình ở lại khu vực Seminyak!

Book a 2-night stay at Villa Fenosa for our anniversary. I requested a little surprise for the occasion, and I can say they did a great job. They offered us welcome drinks and fruits. I requested a floating breakfast, and they charged me an additional IDR 150,000 for it for 1 time only. The room was very spacious and clean, except for the foul smell when we opened the bathroom door. Maybe it was due to the open-concept design and the plants are everywhere. I was expecting the room to be similar to the listing tho, but it was okay. Overall, the stay was good.

On the second day, in the evening, something extremely terrifying happened to us. Someone appeared in our living room around 1 a.m. and started rummaging through our belongings! There was a distinct sound of something falling in the living room, followed by the sound of rummaging. This made us extremely frightened because the living room could be accessed through the wall! We began to call the hotel's phone number, but no one answered. We kept calling for an hour or two, but received no response at all! Finally, we decided to call the police, but since the hotel was located in a remote area, the police couldn't obtain the exact location! In the end, we sat together until dawn, not sleeping at all for the entire night! What was even more chilling was that when we communicated with the hotel the next day, they would only shift the blame and explain that there were staff on duty at night, but if there were staff, why couldn't they answer my call!! This seriously threatened my personal safety! Please stay away from such hotels!

We would like to do apologies for the inconvenience caused that couldn't be sufficient you at this stage. We had investigated and checked all of the CCTVs at the villa area, unfortunately, there was no suspicious activities and there was no person who went to your villa during the night. Related to the phone call, unfortunately, there was no incoming call to our housephone or mobile number and we have checked the history, etc. Last but not least, there is no person who could climb to your villa's wall due to it is high wall.We got information from Ctrip's Customer Service that you request for full refund after you complete your 2 nights stay and we couldn't approve it due to your booking based on Non Refundable. Upon Check-out process, our staff approaching you and your friends and if any suspicious happened at 1AM as per your info (the fact there was no anything happened), you should be mad and did complaint. But, you look like there was no suspicious happened and you did check-out process as normally without any complaint to our villa's staff. Once again, please don't the lead the opinion without any fact and proof. Our Manager on Duty is standby for 24 hours and if there was suspicious happened, you should be ran to our lobby area due to there was our Manager on Duty and villa's staff standby there. Related to the phone call you did to our front desk agent's team, we have asked to Ctrip's customer service to ask you which phone number did you call in those night? and we haven't receive the update from you till now. Therefore, let's others rate to this case. We do hope the above information made you suffice at this stage and we do hope you have a wonderful day ahead!Best Regards,Fenosa Seminyak Villas

I recently stayed at Fenosa Villa Seminyak with a friend, and it was an incredible experience! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The villa itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We enjoyed lounging by the private pool and soaking in the serene atmosphere. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to the vibrant Seminyak area. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delivered right to our villa. While it was just okay, the convenience of having it brought to us each morning was a nice touch. Overall, our stay at Fenosa Villa Seminyak was memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service.

房間很大，泳池也不錯。衞生間是開放式的，浴室圍牆那裡沒有頂，晚上還是有點怕怕的感覺😱服務還是不錯的。每天早上送餐都會提前十五分鐘左右。
