Do not trust any of their photos. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced. Started with us driving up to a nasty mini fridge with rotten food sitting out on sidewalk near our room door, a used wash cloth hanging over shower, room smelled of wet dog and smoke, cracked toilet, mildew on furniture and behind toilet, carpet nails sticking out at edges, vanity outlet did not work. I took photos of all this which better represents this place.

Not staying here again, the guy at the desk was silenced me when I had a question, very grumpy. Bed creaked like metal bending whenever you moved. Bathroom was in need of repair. Outside is in desperate need of paint.

Sheets were not changed. Had cigarette burns in sheets blanket. Bed uncomfortable, carpet dirty. Bad smell. Room was in need of upgrade. We are thankful that at least we had a place to stay but I feel it was way Overpriced for quality of room. I believe the room rents for $63 per night which is too much in my opinion. I paid $159 because of trade days was going on. I received a 25% discount for the dirty sheets but still $129 is to much for an out dated motel room.

yes, we went to Canton, TX for the trades days, March 2 through 4th. The hotel needs a LOT of work. Our room was on the ground floor. The bathroom door was shattered on the back side, the dry wall had a hole in it about the size of a coke bottle. Some of the people traveling with us had cigarette smell in their room and complained were able to recoup some of their money. We took spray for the rooms, glad we did. BUT we won't be going back there, I can assure you. There is a hotel near us recently bought by Wyndham on Toledo Bend Lake, charges $169.00 but the charge at the hotel in Canton was exorbitant for the condition that the rooms were in (we were four couples traveling together).

Cheap motel, except on Labor Day weekend. Accommodations were careworn. TV and A/C worked well. A/C was reasonably quiet. Housekeeping was fine. Didn't use the breakfast service, as I got up too late, but right next door to a very nice Denny's, which had good food and service.

For $200 the room was covered in hair, no ac, and the first room the door didn’t even lock. Customer service just made excuses because it’s hot outside. I work 7 days a week and should have had a relaxing experience. No sleep because the room did not cool the entire night.

This is an older property but the room was clean and the people were nice. I checked several other hotels and this was the best value. We didn't eat breakfast there though. The check in and out was really easy too.
