Very good price and conveniently located in old port area. Simple but sufficient double room. Locker (paid), microwave and coffee machine in the lobby was a plus.

Definitely a basic room but the linens were clean, pillows comfy, water pressure and temperature were good and pump soap was handy by the sink and in the shower so that was all fine. Unfortunately the TV didn't work and the air conditioner wasn't robust enough for such warm weather. Otherwise, the facility seemed safe, the front counter always seemed to be attended, and the location was very close to the old port and metro, and there was a civic parking lot within easy walking distance.

The air con is not available. It is quite hot inside the room. Water pressure is slightly insufficient and the dtaff cannot find our booking in the beginning. However, the hotel is generally clean and comfy, locating close to the port as well

Conveniently located. Close to Old Port and within walking distance to a lot of sightseeing spots. Check in was a bit messy.

great location, everything even supermarket very close , cosy rooms but comfortable, locker option available which made our stay even more easier. thanks

靠近老港。但空調一定要注意 如果覺得不冷 一定要去找前台 我們第一次找 前台不會英語 雞同鴨講半天 他就走了…第二次是凌晨一點去找 他就給我們換房了

Il personale alla reception poco gentile e disponibile, imponendo la lingua francese al check-in e per le richieste a loro inoltrate. L'hotel si trova in ottima ubicazione vicino alla fermata metro e bus, altrettanto vicino a molti ristoranti e bar locali. Complessivamente soddisfatti della scelta, unico neo loi staff dell'hotel.

Posizione ottima, colazione top molto completa sia dolce che salata, stanza nella norma. Unica cosa brutta che ti fanno pagare se lasci i bagagli qualche ora in hotel.

Le service bien , la chambre trop petite pour deux c’est bien dommage et côté rue trop bruyant . Le personnel agréable

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación en el Puerto Viejo, zona segura, con una variedad enorme de restaurantes y bares en zona tranquila. Por lo demás el hotel es muy básico como casi todos los Ibis, pero éste está más antiguo que otros que yo conozco, necesita una manita de pintura, por decir algo. Aún así, para unos cuantos dias cumplió mis expectativas, buen desayuno y buena ubicación. En recepción hablan español, lo cual es un detalle para agradecer.

Su ubicación permite una Estancia ideal en Marsella. Las taquillas para dejar el equipaje debería ser más económicas. Uno de los días olvidaron poner toallas limpias, nos las faciltaron en recepción.
