Great location and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast provided by hotel was provided with a lot of variety. Very worth. Just beside the hotel it has a lot of shops and news things will be develop over the new few years.

Room was spacious. Just besides harbour bay pier. Staff are friendly. Only cons was water heater on off hot and cold. May suddenly turn real hot so need to be careful during shower. Informed front desk

Nice room and attentive service. We love the infinity pool and selection at breakfast. The hotel is right next to Harbour Bay ferry terminal which is really convenient. Overall a very comfortable stay, we will be back again.

Great location in the heart of Harbour Bay downtown with many eateries and entertainment outlets. Just beside ferry terminal. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are friendly. Few downsides, no bathtub in room, many crows near swimming pool, run out of pool towels when requested and staff forgot to serve me coffee during breakfast (staff asked if I wanted coffee).

Near to most of the places we planned to go. Good services and great location. Our kids enjoyed the infinity pool too!

Overall, the stay has been pleasant. The seaview room has been comfy and good. There are some room for improvement: 1) the reception staff promised to send me the room key when I highlighted that Im having lunch at Goji restaurant. He failed to remember and I ended up going to retrieve myself at the check in counter. 2) the mini-bar was not stock up during the check in, the fridge is empty except for a can of beer. 3) the rain shower head when used produce a screeching noise, need some servicing. The breakfast team have been exceptionally impressive. They are very attentive and provide immaculate service. Star team!

5 stars hotel standard. I booked 1 room for 3 adults and was provided toiletries for 3 adults. There two double beds + 1 sofa and definitely sufficient for us. No charges applied for more drinking water request. Room comes with balcony but less privacy.  The highlight is the hotel breakfast: great variety, good taste, excellent service.  Just that the swimming pool is too small and we don’t feel comfortable swimming there

Nice place to stay in… I have been staying here a few time. Sure I will be back… it’s just next to the ferry. Breakfast is super good too.

I had a great time with my family at Batam Marriott to celebrate my birthday. The service was amazing and the staffs were thoughtful. We like the location as it is just next to the ferry jetty. Many restaurants near the hotel too. The gym and swimming pool are clean and new. Thank you for the special birthday cake!

Like the hotel. They went extra to build the small tent for the kids to have fun in the room. With free chocolates too.

Nice good hotel with warm welcome staffs. Rooms are great, pretty spacious and very practical design. Gym room was pretty good and machines are quite practical. Pool were a bit small for a hotel with this size. Nothing much to complain except, personally I think the rate is on the high side as compared to their peers.

For the price and brand, I am really expecting Marriott standards but this fell below... maybe like Courtyard. location and service is good... I am greeted every time a staff member sees me. the upkeep is there but every consumables are a downgrade version, ranging from the super thin laundry bag, bathroom slippers to even the toilet paper feels cheap. The bed is the only thing I find consistent with other Marriotts. not worth the price unless you are there just for the location. Will not pay this rate anymore. I'd rather travel further.
