Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

Very relaxed clean and great food great selection staff very friendly everything we needed was within a 5 minute from the hotel and the beach is also a 5 minute walk

Saw some reviews saying the food was bad but I’m genuinely baffled. This is probably one of the best buffets I’ve seen at an all inclusive resort. Absolutely spoilt for choice at breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is spot on. From stone baked pizzas, pasta bar with different pasta and toppings. Live cooking stations offering burgers/ pork/ satay sticks and other meats. Full salad bar with a variety of colourful salads, cheese/ cold meats/ bread etc. AND much more. Very clean eating area it looks fabulous. Staff are friendly. Rooms are modern/ contemporary. Practical layouts with the partition door good for when younger children go to bed a bit earlier but we could still stay up/ sit on the balcony without waking them. Lovely kids pool with a good safety gate that you can only access/ exit using your wrist band, help yourself ice cream machine is great for the kids, clean pools… genuinely couldn’t fault this place, one petty thing was a mirror above the dressing table, had sockets etc perfect place to get ready but no mirror so had to just use the tall one in the other room but that’s not a big deal at all. May be hit and miss with cleanliness in rooms as I saw one review mention loads of mould etc… we had none. Our bathroom was lovely and clean, maids are attentive and happy to help if you need any extra towels or toilet roll but they cleaned every day anyway so re stocked. Location is actually pretty decent, it’s not a far walk to the beach and shops; took us about 10 minutes. Handy spar shop right outside the hotel door too for any bits you many need. We only came for 4 nights as a last minute break but we’d absolutely come back here again. I wouldnt read too much into the negative reviews, I guess you can’t please everyone!

Third time back at Tonga and as usual superb! Great location within walking distance of local amenities. Very clean and well run hotel with great staff/Manage from reception, bar, restaurant, maintenance, cleaning and of course the An1mation Team!! Had 2 issues with my room and both resolved within minutes of reporting it to the reception staff. The An1mation Team Stephie, Alex, Marc and the others lead by Alex(snr) were as usual top notch running events(please bring back cocktail game) and shows continually mixing with the guests smiling, laughing and making folk feel relaxed and enjoying their stay can’t thank them enough. A great mix of nationalities with all getting on good and mixing well. 10/10 highly recommended this hotel.

As the sun sets on our final evening, we bid goodbye to Tonga Towers and what a lovely time we’ve had. Spotless rooms and very clean hotel - food was great and service brilliant. Bar staff are friendly - especially if you use your please & thank yous! Nothing has been too much trouble! Will say that if they were to offer a self service soft drink & coffee station the queues could be cut right down but no big issue. There was 4 of us on the 14th floor 1 bed appt - room was great with sliding doors to partition off the room. Entertainment was good - the animation team do put in some hours! Hairdryer wasn’t great according to the wife!!!!! Brilliant holiday and would definitely be back! 

Family of 4 (10 nights) We were both really apprehensive about coming due to the reviews on here, especially regarding the food and cleanliness issues raised by the previous guests. I do not wish to stir the pot as everyone has their own views and experiences however we found the hotel to be virtually SPOTLESS and very well catered for. Our arrival was at 01:30 and the staff were immediately welcoming to us all, giving us a snack box so we could at least eat before breakfast at 08:00. The breakfast is great, there is so much choice of both hot and cold foods. We are on our 8th day and we have all been eating all the fish/seafood dishes, chicken and meat selections for both lunch and dinner - no issues whatsoever with any of us. Halfway through we were surprised with family coming to see us and they were also very impressed with the hotel, being at it was their first all inclusive and really enjoyed the experience. The barmen are very funny and welcoming, we have had a great laugh with them all - I suppose if you greet them with a smile they return the gesture The facilities and entertainment team are excellent, with archery, rifle shooting and the evening entertainment all very good. Location wise the hotel is situated about a 10 minute (realistic) walk to the beach and to the right and left, both a 2 minute walk, are two supermarkets for cheaper souvenirs. (Aldi and a Mercadona) Our rooms were cleaned every other day but on request at reception you can always ask for more of you wish, the lifts do have a mind of their own however - nothing anyone can do about this really. The downside of the hotel is ignorant tourists (less than 5%) who seem to not understand a queue or general politeness, again not the hotels issue. The all inclusive drinks are great, loads of cocktails and the beer is Cruzcampo which does go down a treat. Overall we have had a fantastic stay, we're often down in reception early doors for a swim before it gets busy and the cleaning squad really do clean every inch of the place before the majority of the guests come down for breakfast - both inside and out. The landscapers are also busy outside manicuring the hedges and trees so they look immaculate. If you are coming to the hotel and have fears over the quality - just relax, it's a fabulous place which really went beyond what my expectations were.

Review of Tonga Towers, Majorca – Fantastic Stay and Here’s Why! We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at Tonga Towers, and I couldn’t wait to write this review. We arrived at 1 a.m., absolutely starving after our journey, and were immediately offered two lunch bags for our family of four — each packed with yoghurts, drinks, sandwiches, and fruit. Honestly, what a lovely touch! The rooms are spacious with plenty of room for clothes and belongings - perfect for families. Breakfast started at 8 a.m. with an amazing selection: croissants, pancakes, bacon, salads, sausages, yoghurts — you name it, they had it! Lunch was just as good — a wide variety of pasta, chips, salads, meats, cheeses, chutneys, and more. Our kids (8 and 14) aren’t fussy eaters and loved the cucumber, potato salad, and baguettes they turned into tuna sandwiches. The apple juice was a hit too. Everything was fresh and delicious. To those leaving negative reviews — we have high expectations, and this hotel far exceeded them. Thank you, Tonga Towers! The restaurant tables were spotless, staff were friendly, and they always offered drinks as soon as you sat down. I saw someone on Facebook complaining about a pea on the floor that wasn’t cleaned up immediately — honestly, that made me laugh! Some people just look for something to moan about The beach is so close and the shops nearby are fantastic too. Dinner was also excellent. one evening they had a whole sushi selection, and my 8-year-old was in heaven! I could list so many more positives, but I really want to say this: the negative Facebook comments before our trip made me dread coming here . I was worried it would be awful. But they were so wrong! We came for our 10-year wedding anniversary, and on arrival, we received a bottle of champagne. How lovely is that? All in all, a beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and a fantastic experience. Just back from an 11 night stay here. Perfect set up for us with our young children. All staff were very kind and made us feel really welcome, even when baby was being noisy at dinner! Our son loved the nightly mini disco and couldn’t fault the kids club team.
