The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

It advertised the hotel as having a pool, but when I arrived it said the pool was unavailable. They did not seem interested in offering any compensation or alternative facilities

Great hotel with pool and spa

Very comfortable and clean in quiet area. Very good bed and good air cond. good service from front desk. Bus 200 convenient to go to the center. The only thing is that I booked the upper storey rooms via Trip.com but the property received the booking order from thrid party Hotels .com for a standard room in lower levels (at a lower price) so obviiously trip.com is taking inventories from ********** and get its margin by booking lower room cathegory. It was probably a connection problems between trip.com and ********** systems. Everything was solved on the next day.

Very clean and easy to access to the attractions nearby

Close to bus stop, silent environment, the room size is relatively big compared with other same level hotel. Need to ask front desk to borrow kettle if for boiling water but the staff can well answer in short time.

Hotel was top, ontbijt en spa waren super. Enige nadeel was dat we net zaten met het ontbijt en de bediening wilde dat we van tafel wisselde omdat ze de huidige tafel wilde gebruiken voor iemand anders.

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, leuk zwembad en sauna. Alles verzorgd, enkel het zwembad en de badkamers zijn al wat aan vernieuwing toe…

Parkeren voor per dag 29 euro in ondergrondse parkeergarage onder het hotel. Mijn elektrische auto gratis mogen opladen. Bad in kamer. Schone kamer en hotel zelf ook. Warme zwembad, sauna en stoombad gratis gebruikt. Goede service en aardig personeel.

Ich war mit einer Freundin dort, das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe und ist schön ruhig. Ich mag das Ambiente. Das Zimmer stimmte mit den Bildern überein.

Adoramos conhecer a Carla, a host do horário noturno!! Muito simpática, atenciosa e extremamente profissional. O quarto estava com os lençóis manchado e 1 das paredes estava suja com comida
