We had a lovely stay at The Fellows. Just a short walk into Cambridge city center. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. I would definitely recommend

very convenient, excellent for family trip, spacious room and perfect location if you are driving to Cambridge.

Lovely service and great location. I will come back again and even consider a long stay because the hotel is wonderful. Dinner menu could have been more varied given the price and pool is small but overall a lovely weekend

Fabulous stay in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite.and the rooms have everything you could possibly wish for. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and quality items available. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning.

Beautiful hotel with great service! We were checked in by Mark, he was lovely. The pool was quite small and the sauna didn’t work properly but other than that great stay.

The hotel room is big .But a bbit far away from central.The overall experience is awesome💯

Although not in the city centre, it’s really not far from it.  Nicely appointed rooms but more than anything else, great service, especially at reception.

Dear Sir/ madam Trip.com order no. ********* Name: Cheung wai yan Check in date: 29 Aug - 30 Aug 2024 I checked into the Hilton Hotel the Fellows House Cambridge on August 29th. When I checked in that day, I wanted to complain. The check-in staff in the lobby had made a mistake and asked me if I could accommodate two adults, and then arranged for us to stay in room 432. The room type is wrong. There are very few rooms, and the sofa bed is not big enough for my daughter to sleep on. It is also very small because the room type we booked is for two adults and one child and the room type I booked is larger, so we asked the hotel staff to change the room I originally booked, but they insisted that the room type I originally booked was already fully booked, and they only compensated us for breakfast. In fact, we were not satisfied, and we did not need breakfast because my daughter It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed in room 432. It was not enough for my daughter to sleep on because her daughter was already 13 years old and her height was 163 cm. So we asked the hotel again to change the room I originally booked, and they finally changed it. Helped us find other rooms, and finally found a room in Room 104 on the lower floor, which was a larger room. However, since we had requested a high-floor, quiet room when we originally booked the hotel, Room 104 was on the lower floor and nearby. The roadside was very noisy. We couldn't sleep all night that day. We didn't sleep well. Moreover, when we checked in, it took a long time for your staff to change rooms. We didn't enjoy the hotel's facilities at all. For example, the swimming pool and fitness room, this experience is really bad. We really want to complain about the situation you provided to our hotel. We are not satisfied with it. I have called Trip.com to report it, but Trip.com staff helped us follow up and report it to you. , but your hotel staff still insisted that nothing was wrong. Lovely hotel, slightly outside of city centre. Housekeeping and service not quite there for a 5 star property (room service plates not removed from corridor, dirty towels left in swimming pool area for long periods of time)

Good hotel for families and relative walking distance to town and historical locations.
