The suite was fantastic So spacious and well equipped ‘The Elephant Lady’ on the front desk is absolutely lovely and was so helpful and kind She made an amazing stay for us Thank you :) The free train to downtown just next to the hotel is really useful 👌🏽

設施很陳舊了。。。馬桶的水箱還老是壞，一直在上水，吵得不行。設施跟國內漢庭差不多了，可能還比不上。

在市中心 房間很舒服 前台很熱情 還幫我們調整了房間 帶着大象徽章的女士

還行 房間比較舊 空間還可以 離市中心很近

出入很方便 過夜停車需要走7，8分鐘去公共停車場 價格還合適 12小時12刀左右 給了間小套房 前台工作人員友善 還行！

第二次住，房間沒水，比較老，其他還好房間也比較大 ，屬於suit

Finding this well located Buffalo hotel via Tripadvisor I booked it for one night. However, when I arrived at the approved checkin in time, late afternoon, I couldn't even drive up to the lobby door. There were a few Holiday Inn airport vans parked and taking up the few reserved hotel spaces. When I found a temporary spot on the street, I went in to checkin and was told that there is no parking option for guests. No parking lots, no garages and no suggestions. I had to scramble to find an alternative location for the night. Tripadvisor and other booking sites to not highlight this disturbing omission in service.

Bed springs were coming through the mattress. Bottom of tub was not flat and was rounded, thought I was going to fall through it. Tub drain was clogged. Room smelled awful. Paid extra for a room with Canada view. Couldn’t see through the filthy window.

The service here is amazing. Berrine greeted us at the desk and was extremely warm and kind to us. We saw her dealing with some extremely rude and difficult guests, and she kept her composure and professionalism throughout the entire situation. She went above and beyond not just for us, but for any guest that needed help! We ran into a bit of a technical problem with our room (the TVs stopped working). Again, Berrine was on the problem right away and sent up Byron, another worker that went above and beyond for us. Once he found out that our TVs would not be repairable, he worked with Berrine to find us an adequate room and helped us relocate everything. Byron was extremely kind, funny, and made light of the situation with us which only added to the enjoyable experience and stay we had here. When we come back to buffalo, we will no doubt be staying here again! Thanks to the incredible team at Holiday Inn for taking care of all of our questions and concerns, and having such comfortable and spacious rooms!

BED BUGS !!! So disgusting. Being woken up itching like crazy and seeing bugs in my pillows . So unsanitary and inconvenient! I can imagine how many rooms are invested with bugs. Be aware !! This is the last place on earth to book again ! Don’t do it

One of the worst hotels we ever stayed. We came to Buffalo for a hockey tournament and this hotel was one of the choices given to us. So, the toilet in the bathroom was leaking, and the tank was never full to flush, so, you had to improvise, and then, and this was ever worse, the thermostat wasn't working, so, if you turned the heat on (which was needed, since the temperatures outside were in the 30s and snow flurries), it was going up to 85, so, you had to turn it off overnight. Just a disaster hotel. The staff was not helpful, every day they said they will send someone to fix the issues, well, nobody fixed anything, they didn't send anyone, rude, and unprofessional. As a hockey team manager, I will send my comments to the association to make sure sure this hotel will never be on the list of properties for any sports team.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was very spacious. I love the fact you can close off the bedroom for complete privacy from the living room. Great for families! Perfect vanity separate from the bathroom with ample mirrors and electrical outlet. I will definitely stay here again! The price point for this location are a value for big events. 20 min walk to Keybank center and steps away from the metro. Metro stops running I believe after midnight. We took the trek back from Keybank Center in extreme winter weather and it wasn’t terrible.

10 minutes before our arrival, the entire IHG system crashed= not a good start/welcome *****afternoon shift Angela (sp) was amazing and keep control of us and thngs in general. She as doing this solo (manually dispensing rooms), people got stuck in the elevator and Emergency Services had to be called. Stress and multi task at its finest. Back to general review= a good hotel, everything worked, spacious rooms, good breakfast. 20 minute walk to Key Bank arena. Straight shot. Aside....explore downtown Buffalo. Incredible architecture . Walk behind hotel (towards Main, Pearl sts).

Free shuttle was NOT offered to us. We were told to walk two blocks from the parking garage, when it is dark out in downtown Buffalo. Traveling as two younger females with a young child, we were quite upset.
