Все было просто отлично! Нас заселили на 1 этаже с видом во внутренний двор, но в случае данного отеля это было одно из лучших проживаний :) «Умный» номер, отлично работает система кондиционирования. Уборка проводилась ежедневно, все пополняли и меняли. В номер кофемашина Nespresso. Ресепшн крайне доброжелательный, выдали тапочки и халаты. Во внутреннем дворе можно посидеть, на 0 этаже (ресепшн) угощают капучино и яблоками. Расположение отеля шикарное, близко к магазинам, положительные впечатления от поездки в том числе благодаря отелю!

酒店的位置非常好，乘汽車、地鐵、電車十分方便，購物、餐飲都在附近幾步路都可到達，附近一些景點徒步可達。酒店乾淨衞生，前台工作人員有問必答，我原先預訂的房間看風景不滿意，酒店徵求我的意見每天加15歐元升級房間，住在酒店最高層，開門有一個大陽台，風景迷人滿意。如果提一點意見就是第二天吃早餐時，餐廳服務員粗魯，把餐具刀和牛奶倒在我的褲子上面，一句道歉也沒有，收拾碗碟時不顧客人的感受，把層層的碗碟放在一起高高的從客人的頭頂上拿走，粗魯無法形容。給顧客全面的優質服務需要全體每一個人的共同努力才能實現的，一個人不注意影響，破壞了整體形象……

Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone im Zentrum ist ausgezeichnet mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Das Ufer der Donau ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist modern und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines 4-Sterne Hauses. Es war überall sauber und die Check in Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

위치, 청결도, 친절도 등 지적할 부분이 거의 없다. 공항버스와도 매우 가깝고 강력 추천!

Struttura nel complesso molto bella, elegante e moderna.. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 3 notti, e ci hanno sempre pulito ed ordinato la stanza, il che non è da tutti. Colazione buonissima, con variante sia dolce che salato. Reception attiva 24 ore su 24, molto disponibili e gentili Pertanto struttura super consigliata per il vostro soggiorno a Budapest. Si trova a 600 metri dal Danubio ed a pochissimi metri dalla via dello shopping e dal quartiere ebraico. Vicinissimo il Szimpla kert ed erzsèbert square. .

Great location, perfect room with everything you’d need, comfortable and clean! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy central Budapest as it is walking distance from pretty much everything! :)

An amazingly good hotel right in the centre of town making everywhere you’d want to go accessible on foot. Can’t speak highly enough of everything on offer at the hotel.

A beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly always great you when you enter the hotel. Prime location. Luggage lockers are very hand and secure if you have a later flight

This hotel is fabulous, not only is it in a great location very central only a 2 minute walk from fashion street and 10 minute walk down to the Danube river it was down a lovely quiet street and we felt very safe , it’s very stylish and clean , the staff were on the desk 24/7, the rooms were spacious and the surrounding area of the hotel was perfect there was a Lidl grocery story across the street and also a Starbucks practically attached to the building. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Budapest. Great for couples / friends/ solo travellers even.

Friendly, approachable staff. Great part of town. Clean and safe. I travel a lot for work, all over the world, and I would recommend Emerald Hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to lie your head down at night. Not the best place if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, but perfect for my needs.

Love this hotel! This is our second stay in the same hotel in Budapest… The only downside is that we pre-ordered a taxi from the reception to pick up to the airport at 3am, once we were down, and after waiting then asking her, she said that it was cancelled, which could have been communicated earlier, we were all trying to find ones at 3in the morning, eventually she was able to.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in the panoramic room which is very spacious and marvelous. Great hotel in a perfect location, a very good breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean and a great service.

Clean, modern hotel with excellent service. . Great location in the centre of Budapest. 24 hour reception and free tea/coffee and water in the reception area is a nice touch.
