Staff was very friendly and accommodating there's a washing and drying facility breakfast was good

I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

因為2人房比4人房貴，所以雖然2人入住，但訂購4人房+早餐，帶廚房和客廳，飯店很新乾淨，鍋具餐具等都設備齊全，床也柔軟舒服，因為備有可調控冷暖氣，所以以氣味很舒適的薄毯+被單覆蓋睡覺，枕頭也舒服！ 很安靜，有人載我們，車隨時可免費停，每晚停車不過夜就不收停車費25元，若是其中一天要過夜也可以，跟櫃台說，拿過夜的停車證即可！ 簡單餐食，優格很好吃，還有各式綜合草莓+覆盆莓+紅莓水果醬汁可淋，或加切好混合水果，另有未切蘋果&香蕉&柳橙&許多客人愛吃的喜瑞兒脆片，蘋果汁等果汁&各種鮮奶&各種咖啡,還有煮好的燕麥粥&各種麵包，熱狗&嫩蛋&水煮蛋&鬆餅

Service was xlnt. Pool big and clean with plenty of seats. food and bar good but pricey. They provided a free shuttle to and from concert

It was in a business district with lots of hotels nearby. The parking was an outrageous amount, over $40 for each night. I ended up leaving my car at a friends house and taking an Uber just to save some money.

位置絕佳！離光譜中心步行即可，附近也安全安靜～ 房間很大 跟其他residence inn一樣有自己的小廚房 很方便家庭出遊！

部屋が広くてよかったです。キッチンも基本的なものは揃っていました。 1週間の滞在中、掃除は1回しかありませんでした。タオルは言えばいつでも替えてくれました。 朝ごはんは大体毎日同じ、野菜が致命的に不足していたので、スーパーで買って持ち込みました。コーヒーなどは持ち帰り用のカップが用意してあったので便利でした。

-$10 a night to park (hotels in this part of Irvine near John Wayne airport all seem to). -No free breakfast. Hotel is pretty clean, in a good/very safe location, and has friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. There are no ice machines, you have to ask them to get it from their cafe. The outdoor Jacuzzi is a nice size, and the pool area was clean.
