Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference.

Zeer leuk kleinschalig hotel door een vriendelijk service gericht koppel gerund. Heerlijk keuzemenu voor het ontbijt (westers georiënteerd). Zwembad met een aantal ligbedden. Kamers schoon met een klein terras. Het hotel is op loopafstand 5minuten van het centrum waar iedere avond een foodmarket is.

Booked 2 rooms of twin bed. Rooms were clean, firm mattresses, great shower pressure. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed the pork porridge and the many fruit varieties. However to note, the toilet window is fixed open, so cool wind will enter the toilet, making it super cold and unbearable. The aircon has no heater function so can be really cold in the room. If want to come during the cold period of Nov, do take note.

Trước hết, giá cả phải chăng, phòng rộng rãi! Vị trí cũng tuyệt vời. Gần phố đi bộ, nhưng hơi xa đường chính, thật hoàn hảo! (Thực ra, gần phố đi bộ có thể hơi ồn ào.) Bữa sáng không phong phú lắm, nhưng vẫn ngon, và quan trọng nhất là nhân viên rất thân thiện. Điểm trừ là phòng có vài mạng nhện, và khe cửa có vẻ là nơi lý tưởng cho côn trùng chui vào. Thực ra còn có vài con muỗi nữa. Bạn phải yêu cầu dọn phòng. Ngoài ra, tủ lạnh không hoạt động. Trong tủ có nước. Tôi đã nghĩ đến việc yêu cầu, nhưng tôi không thực sự cần tủ lạnh nên tôi đã không làm gì cả. Tuy nhiên, với mức giá này, tôi rất hài lòng. Tôi khuyên bạn nên dùng thử!

Overall we through enjoyed our stay, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are lovely. However, for the price you pay, not receiving house keeping each day (new towels, toilet paper, fresh water etc.) was a bit of a let down. The reception shuts at 9PM and the numbers provided were not contactable one night we called/required assistance. The pool was fine but the hotels blocks the sun so the pool is in the shade for the majority of the day (from about 1PM). The pool was also very cold and slightly murky a few days into our stay. The location is perfect, it backs off of walking street so you can get there in 30 seconds but it's far away enough you don't hear the bars or general noise. We would stay here again.

chúng tôi yêu biệt thự. chúng tôi đã được anh Van nâng cấp lên Grand Villa gồm 3 phòng tất nhiên có hồ bơi riêng. Anh Van & Sam rất hữu ích mỗi khi tôi có yêu cầu họ sẽ đáp ứng nó. Đó là một kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ và thư giãn trong khu vực tách biệt này. Chúng tôi yêu nó. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi tôi đến Pai. 🤩

This was fun for two of us,I used Bolt to book a ride going to this place it's about 7km from Pai bus station but sad they accept and message asking 300 baht for a ride but suppose to be 100 baht in the apps. So what we did Cancel them and rent a 🏍 for 150 baht for 24 hours,good deal!and fuel for 60 baht. -- The stay was comfortable. The hot spring was good for our body, so we enjoyed it. The breakfast was not stingy, and the tummy was happy.the place needed to be renovating
