Really great hotel in the middle of Sliema. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the hotel shared its amenities with a five-star hotel next door, so practically you’re getting five-star amenities for a four-star hotel price! I forgot to bring my swim shorts but even in December the rooftop pool was heated which would’ve been a very nice addition to my stay

Lovely hotel however unfortunately it is currently under going building works. We had a suite with sea view however also a view of cranes, builders, noise and dust outside windows. Builders also in room one day without notice!!!! Great gym, lovely small indoor pool but wait until building works completed before visiting.

The hotel was excellent. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area was open in February and immaculate. All staff were incredibly attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. They made the trip for us. They helped us with travel and were on hand with any query. The staff at breakfast were exceptional. The room was immaculate and a great size. The housekeeping staff were excellent. We loved the balcony. The spa was lovely. We loved the reception area and the coffee machine. The location was very quiet apart from the nearby construction. The sea is very close, which we loved. It is not in the busy area - which is superb. It is on the beautiful bay. We loved everything about it. Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.

Tôi rất biết ơn vì đã nâng cấp phòng, nhưng nó ở n*** trước thang máy và khi tôi để cửa phòng tắm mở, mùi cống rất hôi. Tuy nhiên, thật tuyệt khi có một dịch vụ giống như cookie. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và spa rất tuyệt. Không biết có phải chuyện lớn không nhưng họ nói sẽ kiểm tra với tất cả những người đến muộn, nhưng họ sẽ không làm điều đó cho đến khi họ yêu cầu. Tôi nghi ngờ liệu đây có phải là một bản nâng cấp thuần túy cho căn phòng hay không. Mùi của bóng nước thật tệ. Ngoại trừ một vài người, mọi người đều tốt bụng.

Ho soggiornato tre notti ed ho apprezzato la cortesia e gentilezza del personale, pulizia della camera e di tutti i locali. La prossimità con Sliema e san Giuliano e i trasporti pubblici verso tutte le destinazioni. Insomma siamo stati bene. Complimenti a tutto lo Staff. A dimenticavo dell' ottima colazione continentale.

挺乾淨的，不太安靜，但是去哪兒都還挺方便。服務挺好。要是訂的海景房記得備註要高層，因為低層層完全看不到海。挺適合長期住的，前面就是公園很多人會在那裡散步，安全都很高。

スリーマにもサンジュリアンにも徒歩でアクセス可能なリッチです。部屋は小さいながら清潔で、雰囲気もマルタの石造りをそのまま内装にも活かしている感じでした。

Friendly and helpful receptionists welcomed us and accommodated us for early check-in. We were not expecting much of the breakfast but, we enjoyed the coffee, various tea selections, fresh fruits, salad, cheese etc… It was enough for us. We only stayed one night and the charge was reasonable in the peak season for a last minute booking.

We had a great stay at Europe hotel. There's a great selection of delicious food for breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were service-oriented, especially the two beautiful ladies from Romania and Serbia.

It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary. I saw other peoples reviews and pictures and realized that I got the most OK room the hotel could offer. My next door neighbor was chain smoking in his room, and firstly the reception staff refused to do anything about it and bluntly said to my face that they won’t enforce hotels policies. But the reception manager next day helped me deal with the situation and was very nice and helpful in general about other touristy inquiries. Haven’t had breakfast, so can’t comment. Overall the hotel is okay for what it’s worth, but I recommend checking the room before accepting it just to be on the safe side. But it’s pretty obvious that it’s reasonable to expect what there is at this price point.
