One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!
TTài khoản kháchVery kind staff has noticed that I was tired and offered free bottled water at the check in. The queue to check in was larger than I would expect. Tried to use their app and home page to try to access digital room key, but was still unsuccessful.
AAnneABThe central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant.
Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow.
The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap.
Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal.

TTài khoản kháchI would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall.
The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available.
A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.
TTheTravelingSuitcase (@thetravelingsuitcasee)Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great.
Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise.
Overall I liked my stay here.
