This hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024. There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way. I would definitely come back when I am around the area. This is the best hotel around Hecheng Town

第一次入住就被圈粉了！前台服務熱情周到，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊情況，讓人感覺很温暖。房間乾淨明亮，裝修簡約大方，住着很舒服。床品柔軟，枕頭高度合適，一夜好眠。衞生間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品品質不錯。酒店衞生管理嚴格，公共區域也很整潔。位置便利，周邊餐飲很多，吃飯很方便。性價比超高，服務好、環境好、衞生好，真心推薦，下次還選這一家。

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel breakfast is great! Service is excellent. The counter staff at check-in were particularly helpful. We had a nice view from the room, and the place was quiet and tranquil.

這家維也納的枱面面積太小。提供法國品牌的沐浴露和洗髮水，非常奢華。維也納的淋浴房和洗面盆水流如常快。但這次缺洗手液，潤膚露，護髮素等。關門能上反鎖釦，能防止服務員開錯房門。

It is a very wonderful hotel, very clean, very quiet, with fresh air. Everything in it is clean. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and quick to respond. It is wonderful in every sense. I loved it and I will come back to stay in it whenever I return to this city.

四星級的酒店，五星級的服務；價格不貴，酒店高規。酒店地理位置優越，在大雁山腳下，離古勞水鄉也不遠，一次遊了兩個地方。床鋪舒服，衞生乾淨，有燒烤和游泳池，大家庭出遊，有老有少，都説住得很好。特別感謝王總監，有問題立馬解決，安排非常細心周到。下次有機會一定再來。
