Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời. Tôi đã muốn thử khách sạn cổ điển và lâu đời nhất ở Malacca này từ rất lâu rồi và chồng tôi đã quyết định ở lại đây vào sinh nhật của tôi và con trai tôi năm nay. Vị trí rất tốt, chỉ cách tất cả các điểm tham quan 5 phút, cách Jonker Walk và các bảo tàng 5 phút. Dịch vụ cũng rất ấn tượng. Họ đã cung cấp bánh sô cô la nhỏ ngon và đồ trang trí cho sinh nhật của chúng tôi trong phòng. Chồng tôi cũng được hỗ trợ sử dụng xe lăn vì anh ấy mới chỉ phẫu thuật một tuần. Bữa sáng theo kiểu gọi món nhưng bạn có thể gọi món không giới hạn. Mì cà ri Malacca rất ngon! Hồ bơi cũng đơn giản nhưng siêu đẹp, các con tôi rất thích. Trang trí phòng theo phong cách cổ điển và mọi thứ đều hoàn hảo! Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở đây và thậm chí còn giới thiệu nó cho các thành viên trong gia đình. Booked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅 Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy. Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough. Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue. Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near. Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

A very new hotel with very comfortable spacious rooms and is situated within the Portuguese settlement. My visit was during Christmas time so there were a lot of celebrations going on, adding to the atmosphere. The visitor before me used the fridge for durians, and I could not use the fridge throughout my stay due to the smell. The stamps were very polite to ask me about my visit however there were no immediate rectification or solutions provided. Maintenance will be an issue if not taken care of well.

Last minute trip to melaka. The unit is very comfortable and very clean. Check in process is quick and easy. From the balcony you still see the city, it is beautiful at night and breezy too. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. There's WiFi and TV box for some chill time. Owner is friendly and informative. She recommended some cafe hopping places to us. The owner recommended us the restaurant at lv44 and had asked us to present the residence access card for 10% discount. Food and drinks are delicious, definitely recommended to have lunch and dinner there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Honest Staff – Truly Appreciated! We stayed at The Shore Hotel on 15/2/2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, especially for exploring Melaka. What impressed us the most was the honesty and professionalism of the hotel staff. My wife accidentally left an ang pow with RM500 under the pillow after we checked out. We only realised it later and immediately contacted the hotel. The team responded promptly, conducted their checks, and successfully located the money. They even arranged for the RM500 to be safely banked into my account. We are truly grateful for their integrity and efficiency. It speaks volumes about the management and the quality of their staff. Thank you to the team at The Shore Hotel for going the extra mile. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Melaka!
