房間正對夢幻山坡，比很多打卡點都更好拍。洗手間雖然要站在浴缸裏洗澡，但是有個透明玻璃隔板，乾濕分離做得其實挺好的，並不至於像攜程的某個評論吐槽得那麼誇張。整個房間還是比較decent 的，mini bar免費。 早餐也很好，甚至還有白葡萄酒和味增湯、米飯和辣椒醬，中國胃可以開心加油了。 酒店的spa 也不錯，不過泡池不大，儘量飯點去錯峯泡澡的話體驗會更好。 酒店提供免費火車站接送服務，我們走的時候甚至是用賓利車送我們去的車站…… 酒店離火車站走路其實很近，五分鐘吧。但是行李多的朋友們最好還是提前通知酒店接送一下，因為格林德瓦這邊是山區，很多大坡要爬。 酒店餐廳每天都有不同的優惠主題套餐，很多人推薦的肉火鍋不錯，湯底沒有怪味，肉質當然很新鮮，但是可以無限添加的蔬菜才是亮點：多汁的小瓜、甜椒和蘑菇是我在歐洲吃到過的最好吃最甜的，值得嘗試。當然鎮上我們吃下來最驚艷的一個餐廳是在酒店走過去十來分鐘的那個sunstar 酒店的餐廳，好像餐廳名字是字母A開頭的。那家的芝士火鍋沒有怪味，適合新手入門；他家的燉牛肉和馬賽魚湯等等都非常好吃。 酒店的服務人員也很友好熱情，完全沒有遇到過任何之前有評論提到的“區別對待亞洲人”的情況。走的時候還給了我們瓶裝水和巧克力。一定會再來

The hotel is very beautiful and also the room with balcony that I could enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain. The breakfast was nice with different choices of food served in a traditional restaurant at ground floor. The garden in front of the hotel was planted with flowers. Will definitely stay again when I come to Grindelwald.

各方面都挺好的我們住了兩晚，酒店就在first山的半山腰Bort這個纜車🚡上下點，其中有個遊樂項目Trottibike的起點就在這裏終點在山腳，我們要在first玩所以定了這個酒店，酒店不大總共10多個房間，房間沒有空調，夏天上半夜有點熱，下半夜就沒問題，冬天有制暖器。如果入住這裏大家一定記得提前在下午五點前check in，因為我們要在山下的小鎮格林德瓦坐纜車上來的，纜車最後一班大概在下午5點-6點，除非是自駕車，不然晚上上來酒店很麻煩。大家如果喜歡安靜且希望窗户直接可以看first景色的話這裏就挺好的，酒店下面吃自助早餐的位置也很好對着雪山，房間價格還行，下山做纜車衹有一站，從Bort到山下十多分鐘。對了酒店旁邊還有個適合小孩玩的小樂園。

Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms.

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable.
