The floorpan is very family friendly and nice and open. This home has a large private garden in front which is unheard of so close to the beach. You truly get the best of both worlds being across from the beach, yet have rare privacy of beach homes. This home was completely refinished in 2015. All the surfaces are new. The mattresses are all top of the line memory foam, encased and then fitted with luxurious linens.
