We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

Đây là một kỳ nghỉ hiếm hoi khá đáng thất vọng. Không nên ở cùng người già và trẻ em. Trước tiên, tôi xin nói về những ưu điểm. Khách sạn gần bãi biển và có thể đến đó trong năm phút. Xung quanh có rất nhiều nhà hàng và giá cả lại rẻ. Khách sạn không xa ga tàu điện ngầm và có thể đến đó trong năm hoặc sáu phút. Phải mất hơn mười phút để đi taxi đến điểm tham quan. Bữa sáng quá đơn giản và không phù hợp với trẻ em. Về cơ bản, không có món nào phù hợp với trẻ em. Bánh mì là một loại bánh đào và mận cắt lát mua từ siêu thị. Nhà hàng không sạch sẽ, ruồi nhặng bay đầy đường, và khu vực ăn uống thì nhỏ. Bạn cần tìm chỗ ăn ở sảnh ngoài. Phòng quá bất tiện để quay lại. Có nhiều biệt thự được xây dựng liền kề nhau. Bạn có thể phải leo cầu thang với hành lý của mình. Khách sạn không phù hợp với trẻ em và người già. Phòng suite được lựa chọn đặc biệt, nhưng không gian rất nhỏ. Thảm tatami rất rộng, nhưng thảm tatami khá bẩn. Tốt hơn hết là nên trải thêm vài lớp nữa. Cửa sổ lưới trong phòng bị hỏng, không mở được nên thông gió không tốt. Tiện nghi trong phòng hơi cũ, nhưng có máy hút ẩm. Có phòng giặt, nhưng chỉ có hai máy. Có một chút tranh chấp giữa chừng, nhưng may mắn là có bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng của Ctrip và họ đã giải quyết nhanh chóng. Cảm ơn Ctrip. Ban đầu tôi muốn cân nhắc tỷ lệ giá/hiệu suất, nhưng giá tôi đặt trước không hề rẻ, điều này khiến tôi hơi thất vọng.

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days. The place is very safe and accessible to metro, a nice stroll to the mall as well. The space was very clean with a great ambiance and the landlord was such a kind man of great help with all we needed during our stay . We totally enjoyed the stay and we’d 100% recommend.

I am working, teaching English, just outside Yingkou, 90 minutes away by taxi. With 2 colleagues I was looking for an overnight break. The hotel and Bayuquan provided this. Staff friendly and helpful, great hotel facilities, especially in my room with sea view. I hope I’ll be back and will recommend the hotel to my friends (unless there’s a problem with refunding the ¥500 deposit)

I booked three rooms for a weekend with friends. Hiking and hot spring experience. The location is good, it is close to the scenic aerea and park entrance.The hot spring aerea was for our experience small with many construction sites. The breakfast was ok. The dinner was good.

BBe-Pe-neunWellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

AAdam 亚当 !Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived.

DDabingchazizi房間沒問題，但是我們叫了兩人搓澡➕奶浴，本來和前台定好了是來一個技師，我們一個人接一個人搓，可是來了兩個技師，要給我們同時搓，但是搓澡間的床衹有一個，他們好幾個人又從別的房間搬床過來，又不換鞋，折騰半天，好不容易搓澡間攢的熱乎氣全沒了，床又冰涼，搓的時候凍死了，而且還是幹搓，床也沒有加熱，真的太冷了，技師的手也不熱乎，花了大幾百一點也不享受，反而是遭罪。大家冬天來的時候要慎重選擇搓澡spa這個服務，他們的技師不是自己的，是從另外一家調過來的，反正體驗不好。另外有個浴室剛開始洗，地漏就堵了，雖然師傅很快上門維修，但是有個男人來就是不方便，總之細節還要加強，要不對不起你家2000多的價格。
