I had an incredible experience at Scandic Go hotel in Oslo. When my Finnair flight to Dubai was canceled, the reception manager went above and beyond. She contacted Oslo airport, explained the situation, and spoke directly to Finnair. Because of her efforts, Finnair took responsibility and rebooked me on Emirates. Thanks to them, I was able to reach Dubai safely. I especially want to highlight the care and attentiveness of the reception manager. She was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to act. I could not have asked for better support, and I am truly grateful. 💜💜💜

I had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

We are glad to meet Rachel Pangilinan who assisted us during our stay. She is very approachable, kind and prety 😍. We love her so much! Also our room meets our expectation. It's so nice.

Bữa sáng cũng ngon và có phục vụ cà phê tự phục vụ miễn phí ở tầng lửng của tầng 1 và tầng 2. Điểm trừ duy nhất là cơ sở vật chất thì tạm ổn. Khi tôi nhận phòng lần thứ hai, rèm cửa bị hỏng và không có nhân viên nào sửa chữa nên tôi không thể đổi phòng.

We stayed in 2 hotels over 5 nights while in Oslo, so I can compare them. This one was “dated”, seemed like the carpet was older & the door frames were chipped/scratched. The breakfast room was really crowded between 8 - 9, & extremely noisy. Otherwise it was clean & smelled fresh.

The reception was the height of kindness and hospitality and provided assistance quickly and recommend this hotel for its cleanliness

Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly. The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels

The location is fantastic. The hotel provides for basic facilities. Breakfast can be pre-booked. But it lacks some basic amenties: 1. It lacks a telephone in each room. How are we to reach out to the reception in case of any support ? 2. Majority of travellers from Asia will not carry things like electric plugs (Norway has a typical plug ). So the only way is to now purchase it from a shop. Even that is fine, if you reach the hotel at an odd hour then we will have to wait for the shop to open to purchase the connector/plug. 3. TV channels lack basic english channels. Nowadays satellite channels are cheap atleast connect the TVs to the internet for streaming youtube. 4. Rooms have hangers but lack cupboards. 5. No dental kits or shaving kits etc.

Mostly great, especially the concierge was very helpful, good food and nice look. Location is best part right in heart of so much stuff. A few miscues among rest of staff were odd for nice hotel.
