Nice place near indomaret. I booked family suite room. The room was ok but cleanliness was lacking because when i entered the room i found some hair and cigarette butts in the toilet.

Nice stay in horison ultima ciawi. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast has many variations menu n of course so delicious. Kids meal also available here. The hotel offer many kids activity. Surely we will stay again there soon.

I booked 3 rooms during high season (Year end holiday). The rooms was sooo spacious yet clean. But one of the room I got smells bad like it was used by a smoker, when it should be a non-smoking room at the first place. Their food taste good, but unfortunately when it came to breakfast time, there was chaos. Empty plates and spoons, endless queue. They can just split the breakfast time into 3 batches. And the elevator corridor was so narrow. One of the elevator air conditioning was off, and it was like sauna inside. Anyway, the kids activities were so fun! Worthy to spend family time there.

Something that was quite disappointing, was the notes/request complimentary that I had requested, somehow the Hotel didn't get any information. The Hotel said that the order from Trip(dot com) was passed to Agoda(dot com) system that the hotel used and somehow information for any notes/requests from Trip(dot com) didn't show and missed. So I think, this issue should be fixed between system on Trip (dot com) used and the Agoda (dot com) that was received by the Hotel for for any special needs and notes could be received on first, because if we requested on the check-in, is depend on the availability on that time.

Common areas are in excellent condition. Room is clean. Bathroom needs updating. Location is a bit far from the center of town.

Its a great hotel actually, but not affordable during weekend or holiday, since it could be impacted closed road at Puncak and all vehicles shall goes through the road in front of the hotel. I was stuck more than 2 hours just to across the street to enter the hotel parking lot.
