It was alright, it’s a student accomodation made available in summer. Has a kitchen , fully equipped with utensils and fridges, with ice racks.
The room has sufficient plug sockets and space for everything.
But the space is tiny, not sure if there were different sizes.
All clean but very bare, very minimal
Had shared spaces to lounge in , games room, study lounge and all washing and laundry services too.

Exceptional value for money, the hotel is located in a very convenient and central point in Birmingham town centre. The hotel room was clean and quite recently decorated. I would recommend staying here if you appreciate staying on a budget.

Had to change rooms as the bathroom flooded because shower was blocked , new room was smelling of stale water and the bin had not been emptied by staff after previous occupants. Young girl at reception was extremely apologetic but her manager did not seem bothered

I've seen better prison cells than this room , it's not clean every surface has sticky marks and stains on it , there are broken fittings and has been finished to a very poor standard. Also the 20 pound cash deposit was unexpected and completely uncalled for .

" Hidden gem "The perfect place,emaculate clean Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic... The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

Extremely convenient (its also a student accommodation) , don’t be dissuaded by “single bed” it’s actually a small double or ‘1and a half’ bed which was amazing, they provide soap and toilet paper, I wouldn’t advise staying in summer though as the heat in the entire building is unbearable and the windows don’t really open in such a way that would let adequate airflow, winter would probably be nice to stay there, nice shower bathroom with good lighting

The place was beautiful in the end but there was a mix up when I arrived, I was assigned a room already in use. However, the staff on duty managed to turn things around with her enthusiasm and energy. Ala her name was. The second room was very clean.
