The staff was great, The room size is ok but the bathroom is not good because when you showered the water will splash out and almost flow out from the bathroom. Air conditioning is not working during my staying and it’s summer!🥵

The ac is not really help, but there is a fan in the room.

Clean, but construction work at the main entrance.

It's my second time staying at the Clayton hotel. Comfortable clean room. Lovely food and drinks. Definitely enjoyed happy hour 😊

We travelled with 2 kids and booked a family suite. The room was spacious with a living room. Things seemed to be good. However, the staff were very impolite. As from the booking, there would have toiletries provided. However, we found there was no toothbrush/ toothpaste. Also, there were no slippers. We made request to the staff before dinner and she replied in cold tone and rude manner that we needed to pay for the toothbrushes. For the slippers, we were told it would be delivered to our room. However, nothing was received after our dinner. We went to follow up the matter and the staff rudely passed 2 slippers to us while we were in a group of 4!!! She then gave us another two after we said it once again we are a family of 4!!!! We were told the drinks at minibar were free for consumption. However, the drinks were opened and put back in the fridge. Apparently staff did not do clean up thoroughly. And the kettle was rusty and we dare not to use it. Further, there are road construction around the hotel and there is no place to stop the car for drop off. In brief, the room is spacious and nice but the service and the room cleaning/ make up are terrible. In view of the service, we would not be back again!!!

環境很好，還有健身房 地理位置也不錯 前台的美女特別漂亮

空調不好隔音巨差，酒店裡還愛開派對，房間裏都是音樂聲，完全睡不了一點

沒空調，熱的時候給了電風扇

乾淨 設施很新 建築內外都很有高級感 但是外強中乾 服務與價格不匹配 1000多一晚的酒店居然給四合一的快捷酒店沐浴露 非常摳門味道也很差… 床品粗糙 與酒店價位不匹配 身體不適僅要求延遲退房一小時 前台同意後又敲門説衹能半小時 服務邏輯混亂體驗不好

대회때매 방문했는데 정말편했습니다. 다음에도 갈의향이있습니다. 혹여나 지인들도 추천할생각이있습니다. 감사합니다.
