Mr.krushna and Mr.babu both are really very good and helpful for the guest. If can ask them for any help. they both always in smile face and always ready to help. Very professional staff and hospitality was amazing.... Especially Mr. Krushna is a very good host at the breeze.

Lovely food, friendly staff, good ambience. Great service by Krushna, Babu, Biju, & Rinku. They were really courteous and had a smiling face all through! Loved the experience. I would definitely plan to visit again with family and friends 😊

Hotel Pal Heights has an excellent stuff, in especial krushna,babu,rinku, who attend us every day very proficiently. Also thanks to Ali who took care of anything was missing for us. Restaurant and every facility is cleaned and perfectly organized. Thanks!!

Had the most comfortable stay at Pal heights. Amazing hospitality by the staff. reception was just too warm when we arrived. Food is too good. Special mention to Chef Amit and captain Barkat for the amazing sizzler’s. Shall definitely visit again on our next stay to Bhubaneshwar.

Stayed there in OCT-NOV 2022. This is easily the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life, smells bad, food is old, attention is awful. Pal Heights simply gave me the worst perspective of India, we arrived to the hotel and found out that is not whats stated on internet, it's not even near to be a 4-Star hotel. Walls full of humidity, air conditioner not working. Saying that the room status is "poor" is being polite. Asked to the front desk if it was possible to move to another room, they showed me another one and it had rodent stool in the sheets. The shopping mall that is next to the hotel is full of rats. We didn't finished our stay here, and moved to another hotel, when we tried to do the "checkout" to leave the hotel the manager REFUSED to refund the reservation money to the company, of course this happened after not leaving us leave the place for two hours. DON'T EVER STAY HERE, SCAM ALERT.

The service was very nice. The manager agreed to our requests, people were polite. Although cleanliness could be improved. Windows were dirty. The housekeeping didn't clean the room properly and the rooms look old, could be renovated a bit. Room service was sometimes delayed and we had to call them multiple times for just tea. And it was very costly too. For in dining meals, it was fine. Had sufficient quantity of food. Breakfast was also nice with different options. Location of the hotel is also a plus point. It felt secure, also it is inside a mall of same name which adds to the happening area. I hope they improve the rooms infrastructure given it is a 4 star rated hotel but overall a good stay experience.
