Supporting staff is not good, housekeeping service is poor, water geyser is not working for hot. I. M. Not satisfied dis hotel. Bcos i was not satisfied so after 3 hour's, i left hotel

This property is not value for money and they don’t have courtesy for guests and they try to loot from customers as much as they can highly recommend you to use another hotel in one word terrible

Hotel sandalwood is near to kola r thana. Is has owned restaurant. The food varieties are there. Room is neat and clean. Service staff is very supportive.

Each and every nobe of room is broken, bathroom flush is not working, sofa is broken. Each and every nobe of room is broken, bathroom flush is not working, sofa is broken
as well as im seriously very disappointed by makemy trip to suggest such stay without verification, did not expect my money will waste like this

Nice food. Staff is good polite behaviour. Food is very nice, very reasonable price. Stay is good and awesome.

Room should have been ready. There were no towels, soap in the room. Handwash was empty. Had to run the work by mixing water in the shop at the bottom.

I haven’t checked in there, because they asked me for extra fair for the same room and at your portal it’s already written that the amount is non refundable. I had to book another hotel that day & this is really terrible
