Khu vực này đẹp và gần những địa điểm yêu thích của chúng tôi. Phòng nhỏ không có tủ lạnh. Điều hòa không khí đủ tốt. Một đêm nọ, chuông báo thức lúc 3 giờ sáng. Thông báo bằng tiếng Đức. Mọi người bước ra. Không ai trong chúng tôi biết vấn đề là gì vì chúng tôi không hiểu tiếng Đức. Chúng tôi bối rối không biết lối thoát hiểm ở đâu. Chúng tôi đang ở giữa cầu thang thì một cơn gió mạnh quay lại và nói rằng đó là lửa trong bếp. Bây giờ nó đã được sắp xếp!

Nơi rất đẹp để ở. Giá cả hợp lý và vị trí tốt. Phòng sạch sẽ và lễ tân rất thân thiện. Bữa sáng siêu ngon tôi thích ở đây

Nice and clean hotel with a very convenient location close to the train station and all the popular tourist attractions. The breakfast is a highlight!

Clean room, good location.

The bedroom was very nice but you could hear footsteps and people talking when they pass your door. Overall it was a really nice experience.

Basic amenities like body lotion, dental kit, kettle, slippers etc not provided. Only one pillow per person is given. Breakfast doesn’t have basic croissant even.

I traveled through the Balkans, Germany, and the Czech Republic. But this hotel was truly shocking. The size was decent and the location was good. The room was also clean. However, there was absolutely nothing in it. No electric kettle, no cups, no refrigerator. Out of all the places I’ve stayed during my travels, I’ve never encountered a room with so little. That hotel left such an impression that I started checking for a fridge every single time I booked a room. Luckily, I never ran into that problem again.

We had really pleasant stay. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfy and staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to all kinds of transport and in 5 min walk from Alexanderplatz

Great value for money. Room small but clean, functional, and quiet. Very good location, close to a lot of tourist attractions and transport links. Direct train to the airport. Perfect choice for a weekend break.

The location is prime in the city center near the tram and train station. The room is clean.

If you only need a place to sleep then this place is fine. If you will be spending time in your room or need to work from your room, find another hotel. In Australian terms, this place is the equivalent of an Ibis hotel. Pros: Comfortable bed, breakfast was good. Staff were fairly helpful. Shower pressure was good. Cons: The room is tiny. The pillows are superthin. There is no kettle and no bar fridge. Depending on which room you get, your bathroom might give off a sewer smell. Unfortunately our room smelled of sewerage. We requested to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked. Housekeeping poured stuff into the bathroom drains which helped for a little while but the smell was back in 1 hour. It wasn't a pleasant sleep on the 1st night due to the bad smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom doors have wide gaps around them so the smell can easily escape. We were able to change rooms on the 2nd night. Luckily the new room didn't smell.
