worst hotel I ever experienced. The service is too bad. After I check in, I need to go to another building to find my room and the door of the buidling is locked. I tried to call them, they couldnt help me. Very bad experience.

Stylish design, spacious room and Impeccable service. Top location - quiet but you not few steps away from shopping, restaurants and coffee shops.

So first, let me say I was booked in here by work, and it probably wouldn't have been my choice. It falls into the boutique style of hotel and as I stayed in a lot of hotels i know that's often covered for multiple sins. Firstly it's clean, great location and a reasonable price. The rooms are quirky decorated, not my cup of tea, but if you like that sort of thing, then great. However, what really gets me is the lack of service. You are going to turn up and have an ipad thrust in your face and accept to fill the forms in to check yourself in. Likewise check yourself out before someone checks you have done it right, the breakfast is probably one of the smallest choices I have ever had in a hotel of this cost, a lot of did seem fresh instead of being booked gor breakfast you get a form to fill in, the whole concept is odd, I get it's supposed to safe on staff but when the checking in device crashed the staff member huffed and puffed a treated me like an inconvenience as presumably she was annoyed she had to put her phone down.if you want to stay in a hostel like environment with hotel like prices then this im sure will be right up your street,if you want to stay in a hotel woth actual amenities and service look else were

Really enjoyed the brief stay here, the hotel is very modern and up to date. It's in a really good location, just 30 seconds from the nearest underground, and about 7 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, the centre of Berlin. It had quite some funky interesting features, like a shower in the middle of the room with a glass door (thankfully I wasn't sharing the room), and the bed itself was really cool, almost like a throne, with an LED backlight, built in plugs, and it faced a pretty big Samsung LED (65 inch at a guess), with all the built in apps you'd expect.

Everything fine, exept for very loud night club music for breakfast. Terrible.

We stayed for four nights whilst visiting our daughter. Great room with everything we needed, very clean. Helpful friendly staff who gave some useful tips. Very close to u-barn. In great location- we will be back.
