Hotel is quite new and in a great location for airport access and also exploring all of central Berlin - good public transport links as well as cool stuff within walking distance. Room was small but clean and neat - would be nice to add coffee and tea making to the bedroom (there is space) but we knew that we wouldn’t have them from the room description. We had an ongoing issue with our door key not working which was apparently connected to a large extension/renovation happening to the hotel while we were there. The staff were generally great including being open to a discussion on the fact we’d already been charged the city tax as part of our original booking and payment, and also apologetic on checkout about the door key not working and offered us a free breakfast as compensation. I would stay at this hotel again for sure :)

Had a very sound sleep and was well rested after the night. Coffee was outstanding

The check-in was a bit slow but the guys at the desk were friendly. The room was comfortable, I would recommend it if you are ok staying a bit outside of the main tourist area, unless you are going to the Berghein

房間超級小，體驗很一般，而且比較老舊，入住有送一杯免費的雞尾酒券，可以在一樓兑換，早餐種類不是特別豐富

地理位置很好，地鐵換乘中心幾百米，交通非常方便，去哪都方便，酒店乾淨，畢竟是萬豪旗下酒店，品質還是可以的。

火車站旁邊，位置不錯，乾淨但是陳舊

The price we paid per night is not worth of room we got. There was no fridge and kettle. There was no welcome bottle of mineral water and coffee and tea. No closet. Shower room is very small. We paid abt €400+ per night. It was really big disappointment for us. With this price per night we paid, we could get a very good hotel in Singapore such as MBS with luxury amenities. Very very disappointed. It is under Marriot BonVoy.

We were in town for the Laver Cup tennis and booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Uber Arena. A 3 star property at best with tiny rooms, no senior citizen facilities, no lounge or benefits. Would not recommend for a 4-5 day extended stay

Clean and quaint hotel. Staff are very friendly and the manager top of the top. Won't be long before he's working in a luxury hotel or training other managers. The rooms are just enough for a shower and sleep. They're clean and comfortable. Security is limited as there are no safes in the rooms. I wasn't impressed with the cleaning ladies opening the doors even with the no room service sign being left on the handle. Breakfast is not included but a decent spread if you wish to purchase or have a certain level of membership with Marriott and get it free. The bar is open 24 hours and, they do have plenty of snacks options. Location is good. Just on the border of East Berlin. Some funky spots nearby for food and drinks. Including. Kater Blau which is rocking on the weekends and has a super chill vibe. Walk south across the bridge and, you'll be in east Berlin. Keep walking with Mariannestrasse and you'll find some reasonably priced restaurants and fast food. The price wasn't amazing for what you get. I believe we paid 220 euro per for a 3 night stay.

I didn't even know you could get a day rate, but that daytime nap and shower was so appreciated after a long international journey and several hours to wait between train and going to the airport for a flight! Room was clean, staff polite and sympathetic to clearly exhausted people just needing a rest. Walking distance to the train station and the East Side Gallery wall.

Do not use this hotel! The hotel changed my reservation without my approval and then refused to make corrections. I brought the matter to the hotel attention multiple times. The hotel has refused to properly investigate or to aknowledge their error.
