Nice place, location right next to outdoor market, view from 20th floor lovely. Clean, had all amenities in kitchen. WiFi only in bar when purchase a drink. Used pool but we weren’t asked to pay for sunbed so unsure how this works and no signs to say had to pay. Would stay again

Just back from a 4 night stay here with my 21 year old Son. I could not fault these Apar**ents. I emailed ahead asking for a room with a balcony. We arrived to a lovely lady on reception. She was very welcoming and gave us our room keys for the 20th floor....wow what a view. Apar**ent was very clean and had everything we needed including a large balcony with an amazing view. It can be noisy when guests return in the early hours but I expected that being in Benidorm. I would definitely come back

Check in was quick - lovely lady on the desk. Everything explained to us. We travelled with a teenager & everyone over the age of 12 had to pay a €50 deposit each. No problem getting the deposit back on check-out. Our 2 Keys were handed over early as check in should be 17:00. This was appreciated as we’d been up since 4am. 2 bedroom apar**ent was very clean but basic. Cleaner came at day 2 & day 5 with fresh towels and more loo roll. 2 hot rings, kettle, toaster & microwave plus fridge freezer. Only a dishcloth provided, no tea towel, washing up liquid etc. Plenty of hot water for showers. There was some noise from other guests on one night/early morning. Jet2 drop off & pick up from Alpha Apar**ents, a short walk (up hill on the way there!) Lovely sized balcony. Good value for money.

This place was very nice and clean the apar**ent had everything we needed we got 2 bedroom, apar**ents are only couple mins to all the nite life and plenty of shops if you need anything and the staff at apar**ents where helpful to us I would stay here again 💯%

Staff brilliant. Apar**ent fabulous Clean.swimming pool fab. See you August location excellent. Shops .entertainment. local .jet2 good. Friendly advice and information from sue and staff .streets clean. .tidy will be ba k August for longer

Great apar**ents! Check in was super quick - lovely lady on the desk. Everything explained to us. It’s very usual to pay a deposit & we don’t mind this one bit & fully understand any establishment doing this. We paid the deposit in English pounds as we had our spending money in Euro. Our 2 Keys were handed over early as check in should be 17:00 but we were In and unpacked and went straight out. This is so appreciated after we were travelling early doors. 2 bedroom apar**ent very well equipped. Cleaner came at day 2 with fresh towels and more loo roll! Lovely lady. The apar**ents smell lovely and very clean cannot fault one thing! Ok maybe bigger towels lol but hey they did their jobs The little bar is a sun trap & has a pool table the pool area that’s shared with next door is big and clean. It’s only a short walk from the block. Can’t comment on prices for sunbeds as my son got bored deeming the pool cold and we went to the beach instead, which is a lovely walk. Nothing is a bother for the staff here we had to cut short our break as my hubby needs to go home for a check up. All part of his cancer trea**ent and recovery journey, they have bent over backwards to help us. Thank you for being superb and helpful allowing us to check out early and getting our deposit ready for the room to be checked before we head home today. I hope the management read this and know your staff are absolutely lovely! We would recommend these apar**ents there was some noise but this is normal when sharing a space with folk. Nothing major I have to say I’ve stayed all over in Benidorm and this location is actually better for our needs. Worse noise in hotels to be very honest. Again thank you for a lovely 5 days

Went for a birthday weekend away with wife and another couple. Simple check in and lady on reception lovely and helpful. The apar**ents are slightly dated but have everything required and ticked the boxes we required. This hotel was relatively cheap so for what we got for the money we paid we were very happy with the experience. Would recommend these apar**ents to anyone on a budget but just remember you get what you pay for but anyone who doesn’t like these apar**ents your mad. Great location, you must go in the Titanic bar around the corner food great, try all the small local bars some great ones so much I could recommend! Thank you to the hotel team and enjoy the summer!

Fantastic Hotel, great views, clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Apar**ent was well equipped and two towel changes and bed making in a week. It was in a good location not to far away from the beach but far away enough to not be too noisy.

Ideal for a short, out of season break. Less than 10mins to beach - come out and take the first left and straight down that street and you start to hit bars too. It is an apar**ent block with a mix of some privately owned apar**ents and holiday lets. Have to pay €50 per person breakage deposit so factor that into your holiday spend. Also everything is an extra charge - WiFi, air con … I think even sunbeds (which we didn’t use at this time of year). Staff were all very nice. Maybe wouldn’t stay again but worked for this short break.
