Dynastic Rooms Apartments

Perfect once again Close to everything nice and clean what more do you need. I have stayed here a few times over the year and will always come back can’t fault the price . We had 2 room 4 men in each room £150 deposit for each room but deposit was refunded the day after we left

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apar**ents are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apar**ents though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on ******* and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps language barrier. Will return for location, apar**ent size and locally owned cafe underneath. Dynastic group experience below average.

Apar**ents are basic but very good value. They are close enough to everything but quiet enough that you can sleep at night. Entrances are fob system which is great so felt safe. We had 3 apar**ents on high level so had great views. Had read reviews which said to remove rubbish before leaving which we all did and would always leave apar**ents tidy so not a problem for us. Ideal for our number of guests and still had room. Would use them again but if your looking to lounge around the pool would look elsewhere but if your looking for a 2 bed apar**ent and spend most of your time out then these are fine, there’s so much to do we spent very little time in apar**ents.

All the Reviews Seem to be for Refurbished Rooms. We were given 3A 3B.We had requested lower floor as one of our Party has difficulty walking. We can accept Dated but the Room was Filthy it hadn't been cleaned from previous Occupants. Dirty Plasters under beds Hair clips under table in living area.Skirting Board thick with dust. Under beds thick with dust Does no-one check the Cleanliness before Rooms let? Bedsheets had been changed as had the Towels but that was it. I have never stayed anywhere where we had to take out our own Rubbish carry it about until we found a Bin. Lady on Reception told us we had to do this. Positives Cafe bar next door was lovely with friendly staff. Benidorm itself great place to visit Weve stayed in many Hotels and Apar**ents never encountered anything like the Dynastic Apar**ents.

Just returned home after a week at the dynastic apar**ents.these apar**ents have had a refurb earlier this year they have 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each they are basic but they are clean and have everything that you would need for a comfortable self catering stay, A high floor gives a great view down to levante beach there are 2 lifts there was a couple of times one lift was out of order but never caused us any problem,beds were changed and fresh towels left once during our weeks stay. The apar**ents were in a great place with many bars and restaurants very close by I would be happy to stay there again

Arrived around midday no problems with getting into room no deposit paid either ! We were on floor 10 lovely view apar**ents are lovely 2 bedrooms both good size kitchen had everything we needed but I didn’t cook to had English channels beds comfortable Bar downstairs very reasonable and food tasty Location is ideal not far from anything Pool very cold and sun beds very uncomfortable and not enough around the pool

Please change the name of these apar**ents to Dynastic Rooms Apar**ents Poor start after arriving just after 10pm after 2 rings and 25mins of ringing ring doorbell, we had no answer. Had to ring Jet2’s customer service to get hold of someone from Dynastic hotel to come and let us in. Another 20 mins a lady arrived and apologised. Paid our €150 deposit and £25 for the safe then we were given our keys to room 13A. Wow curtains were open and we had the best view of Benidorm and the sea. Apar**ent had 2 bedrooms a bathroom a kitchen a dining area and a balcony. Very basic but modern and clean Everything we needed. Beds and towels changed once in our 5 day stay which we weren’t expecting. We brought our own loo rolls and bin bags. Pool was ok, but dated. Sunbed’s we’re back breaking a few people we’re buying lilos to put on top of the beds. Little cafe/bar downstairs ideal for snacks and drinks on a pool day. Amstel €1.50 a pint However in the next street there is a cafe/bar Uncle Ron’s that does a fantastic full English (sausage, bacon,bread and butter for €4.50 which was cooked to perfection and piping hot. We ended up going every day. Try the €9 belly buster challenge 😜 The apar**ents are in a fantastic location, we would definitely go again even after the rough start and hopefully the Sunbeds will be upgraded after reading some of the reviews I also thought they were quiet, I normally sleep with earplugs in Benidorm but only used them once on a Friday night, the residents of an apar**ent block nearby were a bit loud but nothing too bad. Reception 10am till 12 Storage for luggage on late check out €50 high season €30 low season

we stayed at the Dynastic apar**ent rooms for a week in September - fab and newly updated 2 bedroomed apar**ent's - air con was fab x very happy with the area and also the bar attached to the apar**ents was fab for food and drinks x opens till generally around 230am which was great as we didnt arrived till gone 12pm so we sat there for drinks x after ringing the bell the chap came from the other Dynastic hotel very quick and got us checked in. we had to pay 150 euro deposit on card which was due to be refunded 48 hours after we left and the room was checked - however we had to chase it up and was only given £125 back not told why it was different unless it was due to the exchange rate!! kitchen was a little dangerous in regard to where the kettle was - cooker was fab and heated up within seconds. the pool was small although i did manage a swim most days. we were a group of older ladies and we enjoyed our stay and would defo stay there again - However the followings points could do with being sorted by the hotel x clothes airer required for the balcony's more sunbeds required as not enough when the apar**ents are full luckily we are not sun worshippers the rooms could do with more storage facilities also being a mum of a 13 yr old - he would get bored easily there as nothing to do so i would not bring kids there x

I would agree wholeheartedly with the review of Meelie30, who reviewed it in August. The apar**ents were of a really great standard and are massive. The air con is excellent and the beds are comfy. The only thing I'd add would be a clothes airer on the balcony. The pool is small, so I'd probably say not suitable for kids as they'd get bored. Never struggled to get a sunbed, but the parasols aren't the best. The bar downstairs is really cheap and you can order from the pool. All in all my experience was excellent so I'm hoping to book for next year.
