Magic Natura Resort

We have just sent 10 days at Magic Natura and had an amazing time. The Zoo it great with plenty of experiences. We did the elephant experience and got to back into there enclosure, this was brilliant as they are my favourite animals. The Zoo also had an amazing reptile house, and bird show. The water park was brilliant. It's open to the public as well, as its not quite on site but we didn't find it got to crowded and very clean tho water very cold. Your all inclusive drinks and snacks still available from there. The cabins are really nice and clean we had 2 bedroom 2 shower rooms. Walls were thin tho you could hear other ppl. Food was good, what you expect of any all inclusive and didn't find it got to repetitive even after 10 days. Drinks a plenty and not shy on measures. Few small pools at the resort were also cold. The evening entertainment (which is outside) was ok, this did get repetitive as it's a weeks project as we were they for 10 days it did repeat. It's also the same resident act doing slightly different show each night. But the one thing that made our holiday was the animation crew, Danny and his team really did make our holiday special with full in interaction. But for those less willing to get involved they also respected that. Amazing memories. Would 100% recommend 😀

Well what an experience this has been… I am currently writing this from our filthy lodge with two days left of our family holiday. Day one… we arrived and had to wait in the heat for 5 hours for our room to be ready. Once the room was ready, after an 17hour day with a 4 year old we was pleased to get unpacked. Sadly the room was filthy, hairs on the bed the floor was sticky, the toilet had urine on it, the shower wasn’t clean, the towels were stained and the list went on. We complained and were taken to our second room… this is now clocking up to a 19hour day. The second room was worse, the child’s bed was urine stained and wet! The room and drains stink. We instantly rang TUI to get us the next flight home, although they couldn’t offer us one. We would have to of paid for our own flights home. The only flights we can get aren’t to gatwick. So we complained again to the hotel, this time they wanted us to sign a contract to say if we move rooms again we aren’t allowed to take the issues up with the hotel/TUI or our travel insurance. So we are stuck as we aren’t willing to sign a form and move to another room that could be worse. This hotel has nothing to offer to children, the park is tiny, located in the sun and the slide is facing the road, so if they miss judge and trip they are in the road.(which the hotel buggy’s drive fast along) the pools are freezing, nothing opens until 10am and dinner isn’t until 6.30pm and the food choice is basic. We aren’t fussy eaters. We have left the hotel every day and eaten out and found things to do. The zoo is good, but it’s not an everyday thing, the same as the water park. It’s cheaper to stay at a better hotel and pay for the attractions. The staff aren’t friendly in fact most are very rude. This hotel is seriously over priced. And doesn’t offer what it’s advertising. Also the bedrooms don’t have air con, so the bunk bed room is like sweat box. Bedding isn’t changed, and the rooms aren’t cleaned just stayed with an air freshener. Please don’t waste your money,

Just arrived back yesterday from our first family holiday with our 2.5 year old girl. We booked ultra all inclusive and its been the best all inclusive holiday I've ever been on - to having branded drinks and almost everything included. We had the most amazing time and told ourselves to go with an open mind as we were worried with alot of the negative reviews. We stayed up the back, a think it was room 4004. Was hilly and a fair walk but wasn't a problem for us. It is alot of walking if your planning on walking around everywhere rather than booking the buggy to your lodge. Our little girl had a ball! She did struggle with the pool being so cold but after she got in she was fine. We loved you could change your day.. zoo.. waterpark, benidorm- rather than be poolside all day. The snacks around the pool were an absolute hit as our girl had lost her appetite with the heat, she lived on the crisps and chocolate ice cream whilst we were there. The ice cream van was perfect. The lodge was lovely. Can't fault anything. Zoo - amazing. Waterpark - really good but again water was just really cold for my girl. We did the swim with the sealions, highly recommend it, obviously my girl was to wee to swim with Charlie the sealion but she just loved every minute of being up close to him. Only small personal negatives I found for us would be; Evening entertainment started to late for us. The buffet restaurant was far to busy in mornings and evenings. Even my little girl struggled with this. You couldn't move alot of the times. One morning we struggled to find a free ready made table in both of the rooms you could use. I understand these are just peak times though but it did make us feel uncomfortable with how busy it got. Not enough sun loungers round the pools for the size of the place. The queuing at the poolside bar or evening bar for a drink was usually crazy. One night, it took my husband a good 20-30mins before he got served at the evening bar I know you can upgrade to premium to skip queues but i personally don't agree with this. We already upgraded to ultra all inclusive & spending alot of money to even be there, you shouldn't have to upgrade again. We absolutely loved the zoo but i was so Disapppinted and saddened to see how small the Jaquars enclosure was. These are big cats, not enough space for them to roam around and you could see how distress they were. We personally didn't enjoy the meat restaurant that you got included with the ultra all inclusive. We struggled to eat the meat as to how it was cooked but it was a lovely restaurant to be in and alot calmer than the buffet which was really nice. All in all it was a fabulous holiday and just the small things you expect when a resort is so busy. ***Only thing ... I HIGHLY ADVISE you double checking this** Couple of days before checking out, we booked a buggy to pick us up at our lodge to take us down with our suitcases to reception for our taxi & to check out. Private taxi was coming at 4am to

- [ ] We had an amazing family holiday at this resort! The lodges and amenities were probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. The lodges are well equipped with a lovely decking area and seating, a TV in each room and even a coffee machine and stocked fridge. We had a cleaner that visited each day and did a great job. All of the staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the waterpark and zoo make the resort great value for money and perfect for kids. The endless snacks, ice creams and branded alcoholic drinks are fantastic. There are a couple of things I would say could be improved and this is the food, plenty of choice but some of it wasn’t the best quality. The nighttime entertainment was mediocre and it starts quite late for little ones (8.30). Other than that we would definitely return!

Magic Natura Holidaymakers Benidorm ‍‍‍✈️ thank you for making my grandson 1st holiday abroad so magical. Home and finally had a chance to get some sleep. So will give my honest feedback and review. When I 1st looked at the reviews I had mixed feelings so many moans about different things. Have divided up the review so that it helps others in future Check in went smoothly we arrived just after 3ish our room was ready but i know others had to wait as their rooms were not. This can be the only negative i would say as it can be a late check in but you can use the facility while you wait. the staff where so welcoming chatted away asking questions to grandson and always happy to help when we had to go back for anything. A buggy took us to our cabin which was away at the top of the hill. Having some mobility issues that hill was a killer but we managed it and used the bus that runs every 10-15 mins. Rooms They have everything that you need for the stay although the furniture is tired and needing replaced it was still functional. We had a fridge & microwave & kettle. The beds were 2 singles put together to make a large king & a pull out bed that had the TV above it. The shower had some mould around the base and the pressure in the toilet sometime didn't work when 1st flushed . Cleaners came in ever day and the room was moped beds made and towels replaced when needed. The cleaning staff were lovely. We had to get them up to chance my grandson bedding when he was sick and they arrived soon after we had asked reception with a friendly smile cleaned the bedding and wishes him well soon Facility/ restaurants. OK so this is where my review becomes mixed. Your staff are amazing at the desk. The ladies Mabel and Ann always welcome you with a smile and so happy to welcome everyone. The staff inside looked stressed sometime but still pleasant when you said thank you and hello, especially if you said it in Spanish The restaurant 3 was the one we used as didn't book the others, so I can't comment There is something for everyone to eat even though the layout is strange bread in on part but the butter and spreads away at the other side of the restaurant. The hot food was mostly covered and always hot. Choice of meat meat and more meat with some vegetables. The salad bar meat and cheese this needs some consideration food presented beautifully but unfortunately it's let down by not being covered so there is flies on or around the food all the time so can be off putting. The kids selection well that could be improved not much choice of child food grandson lived off chips crisps and toast for most of the time there. He just didn't like the food on offer. He loves pizza but for some reason it was always only ham pizza. The square was a good place to relax have a drink and good entertainment before evening meal. There is an ice cream truck but the staff well the young lad would ignore you as they sat on their phones even when they knew you were there. Didn't a

Firstly I'd like to start off with saying IGNORE the bad reviews as some people just aren't too much. This is a fantastic resort to stay at if you have children aged from 1-18 and are struggling to find a holiday that'll please everyone! Huts are very cosy, clean and homey. Fresh towels are given everyday and rooms are well maintained but the ladies and gents who do the rooms so a shout out to them as ours was 1800 👍. We paid for Ultra All Inclusive and we're given use of the restaurants which you book via the 'Magic Natura' app was very easy to do so and the Italian and Meats were delicious. We never tried the Rice restaurant as our son is autistic so wouldn't eat there but he reception staff allowed us to go to the Italian again but it was subject to availability on the day so if you want to substitute any be sure to get there first thing in the morning for them to check availability. The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner are very enjoyable and had a good selection. With the Ultra All Inclusive you're also able to order up to 3 pizzas each evening but needs to be done by 1700 and they're delicious. The best thing about staying here especially if you have children is the unlimited access to both Tera Natura(zoo) and Aqua Natura(water park) which are both accessible via the hotel. We would walk through the zoo and into the water park for most of our 10 night stay and at the water park you can use your all inclusive service for food and drink at a specific bar which is a nice touch. 1 thing I would like to mention IF you aren't a fan of queing upgrade to the Premium room as you will be prioritised for when at both the water park bar and at the evening entertainment bar. We thoroughly loved the idea of the hotel providing unlimited ready salted lays and cheese Doritos, was a lovely touch whilst snacking on and drinking an Estrella. The entertainment is on rather late (2230) but it all starts from 2000 with the kids getting a good hour and a half of entertainment. I would like to thank all the staff at all the hotel, zoo and water park as they're very friendly and hard working! Finally I would like to give a special mention to ERICA, TONI, ADRIAN and JORGE! Always served with a smile on their faces and we're generally very pleasant to talk to when they were pouring pints and cocktails for people.So thank you all and we will deffo return in the future

This is one of the best holidays weve had! The hotel was beautifully themed and positioned a good distance outside benidorm so separate from that vibe, far more chilled! The room was comfy and cleaned well daily, the food was varied and delicious..we could always find something for all of our family, even my children with a difficult diet due to their special needs. We enjoyed access to the parks twice which.made it feel like the hotel was spread over 3 sites. Special mention to the receptionists who were friendly amd extremely helpful, one lady stayed with us and waited for a taxi when we had trouble with easyjet transfer not turning up..extra special mention goes to SARA who moved heaven and earth to help with a late checkout, forever grateful to her xxx Theres no doubt we are coming back, sooner rather than later..thank you to everyone at magic natura!

This is the best holiday you could go with a family the bunk beds are clean anyway, reported ants in my room but they said not to worry and we never saw them again! We had a wonderful stay here I recommend you should advertise over in the UK and I bet people will be interested

We arrived afternoon and our rooms still weren’t ready! After travelling hours with two young children then having to wait in the hot sun for our rooms to be cleaned was just unacceptable. The staff throughout the resort were just rude , the odd one were kind and friendly but overall the majority just looked like they didn’t want to be there. The kids club lady is extremely rude in which I had to tell her and still she walked off when I was in the middle of conversation with her. One of the receptionist laughed at me while I had to phone multiple times to be let in my room. The food is diabolical, the don’t cook the meat long enough luckily my husband only had one bite of the raw chicken . Our children had sickness and diarrhoea all week !! We were so glad to leave . If you have mobility issues this is not the resort for you it’s a lot of walking . Over 20 thousand steps a day and it’s up hills , our legs and thighs were hurting most days. Wouldn’t go back if someone paid me !
