hotel staff are very nice esp. the manager of the hotel i guess, he can speak english pretty well and try to help us about the question we have. smell nice in the corridor but in room even though it is a non smoking room but still smell a bit of smoke and might have a little cleaning issue on the floor. the hotel provides a lot of bottle of water the location is fine can walk to the shopping street very easily but first we dont know but find out later that its very close

Excellent service provided by the GM, William Liu. He was around at the lobby daily during my 6 nights stay to welcome guests and gave good travel tips around Beijing city. Good job.

Great Location. 5 mins walk from Beixingqio Airport express train. And right in amongst the hutongs. Just head south. Really good breakfast. Only downer was staff had very little english, but we communicated well with translation Apps :D Recommend and will stay there again.

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, and just the best breakfast! Extremely fresh and delicious fruit from all the 5 star hotels stayed on this trip. My parents who were disabled, were shown great kindness from reception all the way to housekeeping. Especially housekeeping, who looked after them so well. Beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

Pros: 1. Good location for tourists. 2. Lots of good restaurants around, close proximity to famous spots and subway station. 3. Room service Auntie was very nice and accommodating to our requests. Cons: 1. Seems like they turn off the central air conditioning around 1am onwards. Room gets warm around that time and i also heard from another guest complaining about the same thing. 2. Wifi is not working for the 7 nights we spent there.

From the check-in experience to the check out experience everything was absolutely amazing. Victoria and the manager went beyond their duties with the check in. At the checkout Lisa and Priccila were so helpful. Customer service should be learned from these people. The hotel was very quiet and the room was very spacious. I would definitely come back again to stay there!

Great Gulou location with lots of good food options close by. Just need to get out and explore a little to find some small and awesome restaurants. Service was pretty good and always tried to be helpful. Doorman greeted me with big smiles and waves each day which always makes you feel welcome. Rooms are little tired and could do with a touch up.

The hotel is really great if you’re traveling to Beijing during fall or winter. The heating system in rooms is perfect for cooler seasons. I wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel but it’s worth the price. It’s about 20 minutes by car/ 50 minutes by subway away from the Palace Museum. Will definitely book again.
