Location is the only thing that’s great. Central and walkable to main landmarks. The toilet at the lobby was really dirty. Room was nice and comfortable BUT no kettle & coffee provided (unlike other Ibis i’ve been to in other countries). Surprisingly , NO bidet in the bathroom This was disappointing since it’s Algeria. All the other hotels i stayed at in Oran and Algiers had bidet. Staff at the reception were not warm at all, except for one guy who was always smiling and helpful.

Breakfast was quite good. The pillows were quite thick. When we asked for an alternative they couldn’t or didn’t want to provide. Check in process was long.

There’s a market next to the hotel, so it’s quite convenient to get fruits. It’s about 15 minutes’ walk to the viewpoints by the river. I really like the mountain view from the window. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well.

I highly recommend staying here. The staff were helpful and the hotel is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast which was a buffet in the Novotel next door was excellent. The location is very good. The staff organised a taxi driver to take us to and from Djemila for a good price.

The room quite good but the price little higher than the expected

Ibis is a well-located budget hotel. It’s clean and has everything one needs to enjoy his/her trips. It has an excellent location - easy to walk to most of the attractions. The Hotel staff was very helpful. But the breakfast needs to improve in terms of variety. Other than that, it’s a very nice stay.

Very dirty hotel poor service food wasn’t good

Location was excellent. The service in the Reception and Restaurant was below that which one would expect from a hotel of this type. Breakfast was served until 10:00 but by 09:00 many dishes were empty and not replenished. The bedroom was basic. The twin-bedded room booked comprised of 2 single beds pushed together under a king sized headboard. The room size would not have accommodated 2 normal single beds. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Request for a room with a mountain view. The floor was sticky. They did not refill the toiletries—lack of attention to basic housekeeping details.

Excellent location if your are in Constantine for leisure. Ask a room c a mountain view, it’s amazing. As for the hotel it’s a little bit worn-out but still very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast but no tea/coffee equipment in the room.

The location of the hotel is good and the desk service is fantastic, but this is where it all ends. Breakfast was awful, plenty of choice of very bad/overdue items, I mean seriously bad, milk was off/veggies were discoloured/juice tasted yak. Please reconsider the offer, less might be more if fresh. Cleanliness leaves lots to desire :(, either do rooms were ok the corridors are just disgusting, please pass the hoover to collect all the dust accumulated. Our room didn't have towels for which we had to go to the next door hotel (Novotel) to pick up ourselves.

The location is excellent. It is right on the city centre and within walking distance to the Gorge and the Palace. The service is limited. Staff is rarely provided practical and useful information about the city. The breakfast buffet is good . And overall it’s an average stay.

Good bed. Old room but ok. Daily clean. Staff nice but very slow, you need to ask multiple times. Door key always not working. Amazing localization. Overpriced, and the food and bar is quite expensive. Good breakfast.
