酒店環境一流，海景房價格非常優惠，推薦入住。唯一令人不悦的是，辦入住手續時接待人員非要你給他發一封確認的訂房郵件，這很奇葩，沒有酒店有這樣的要求，給他訂房截圖還不行。

和遊樂場、商業街、很多餐館建在同一個完整街區，形成了一個旅遊綜合體。 酒店的住宿部分又分為三大塊，一個是跟大堂及餐廳連在一起的迴廊式多層，房間應該是比較標準的酒店雙床房、大床房；另一個部分入口處有專人把守進不去。 我們本來定的是第一類，也沒有解釋，直接給送到了第三類：仿當地民居聚落，要走曲折的小巷子，像回自己家一樣開門，然後來到一個兩室兩廳兩衞再加一個內院的套房，一共三張床。這也太划算了吧！我們就母女倆，“不得不”一人住一間房哈哈哈。不過房間裝修一半，特別是倆馬桶離側牆距離都非常近，很不合理。照片一是這個區域的小巷子。 圖二是從大堂前往住宿三區的庭院，上面一圈也是套房，下沉庭院裏有餐廳，但因為是淡季都沒開門。庭院中有四顆樹，樹冠不大，每個傍晚卻會飛進幾百衹椋鳥，嘰嘰喳喳地熱鬧極了。 費用裏包括每天兩餐buffet，還算豐富，最起碼我連吃三天沒吃膩。北非餐食有大量燉煮、油炸、煎烙的手法，跟中餐有很多相似之處。甜點的形狀跟北方中式點心可謂一模一樣，不過味道嘛……甜到齁。

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

Hôtel avec deco et style magnifique mais, manque d'activites pour occuper la clientele sur du hors periode. Animations très décevantes . Ménage succinct avec couette sale mise sans housses, lit juste retapé durant les 4 jours avec draps qui se défont toute les nuit. Literie inconfortable .tres déçu à ce niveau. Alimentation bonne mais toujours les meme menus proposés . aucune nouveauté durant les 4 jours

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Parfait hotel pour un sejour en famille. Tout le personnel est adorable et a votre service, Les enfants sont sous la garde de TATA et mouna , vous etes sereins. Je le recommande vivement a tous les visiteurs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay! I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Excellent service from the whole team!
