NNP504The Gastrohotel RH in Benidorm exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of this hotel is stunning right at the top of the old town offering exquisite views of the bay. Breakfast was exceptional with all produce fresh and made to order. Please note that there are no parking facilities at this hotel if you are driving. We parked at the nearby Mercadona and asked reception who let us know that they have an agreement with that car park and we were able to park our vehicle there for €15 per night. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm Spain .

TTài khoản kháchRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the strip and beach. Would recommend.

JJoD1979Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and strip without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

KKenneth OramLike all rental Apartments, ours, number 3B was what you make of it. It is located in Vigo off Calle Santander. It's a reasonable walk down to Avenida Armarda de Espania, which is the main Road into the Town Centre, just turn left. To our right after a short walk is the local store. If you continue uphill you will come to a major supermarket . The Apartment is spacious but an extra shelf would be handy. The washing machine in the Apartment was useful.

TTài khoản kháchBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar.
Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva.
Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien.
El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.

Tôi yêu cầu một phòng có view biển, và họ rất tốt nâng cấp tôi lên một phòng trên tầng 35 với tầm nhìn toàn cảnh tuyệt đẹp cả biển và toàn thành phố. Trong một ngày bị tắc điện tổng thành phố kéo dài cả ngày, khách sạn tiếp tục hoạt động như bình thường với điện đầy đủ, trong khi các khách sạn khác đã bị để lại hoàn toàn trong tối. Tôi thực sự ấn tượng và rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ của mình!

CCathDavGreat location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner.
It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.

TTài khoản kháchHotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
