We managed to check into our two rooms earlier around 1pm. Rooms were spacious and adjoining, which were perfect for family. The king sized bed was huge and comfortable, buffet breakfast had a good variety of food as well. Hotel is conveniently located near Queensbay mall. It is also near the airport which makes it less stressful if you have an early flight to catch.

Location wise so near to Queensbay Mall. Breakfast is great. Staffs are well trained. Room is sparkling clean, a bit small. Had a great stay hopefully will revisit.

Everytime you want go out need to validate your touch n go or else you will be charge rm 5. Toilet also no bidet. How to poo?? Location is quite okay but once missed will add 10 minutes to uturn due to jammed

Good and nice . Location is good. Near to Queensbay mall. Nearby Hotel area have food to eat.

A good place to stay within walking distance of a mall, and nearby, there is a good dim sum restaurant. I booked Sea view room

Superb international breakfast with helpful and warm employees. So sedap and variety. FO personnel + concierge+ FOM + DMs are warm and helpful. Making you feel welcomed and not guilty for the mess the 2 years old infant created 3mins walk to Queensbay Mall with easy & safe road to access since I have baby stroller. Will definitely stay here again.

A landmark prominently located upon arriving to Georgetown from Penang bridge. Lovely located by one of the amazing shopping malls (QueensbayMall) in Georgetown. There are nearby shops and eateries that are conveniently accessible for all.

The air fresh along corridor of rooms may have to improved! Kind of sours and non good air flows.

Location very near to AEON. Convenient access in Island. Can enjoy nearby good food.

Car park too small , receptionist very friendly, especially they are trainee yet professional
