Very good service for a hotel of this price range. There is a LARP establishment and an Internet cafe downstairs, so probably not the best option if traveling with minors. But for adult solo travelers, it is definitely a hassle free experience.

The staff is nice and cooperative. The location is not bad. Close to shops and different means of transportation. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast is below average. The reception area looks messy and there are no umbrellas provided for travelers in a raining season!

Tried the Ibis as it has a discounted special on this weekend and includes breakfast. I have eaten at Holiday Inn so I was hoping it would be the same - sadly, it was far from it. It’s just a couple of food stations with rice, steam buns, green vegetable and the most inedible sausage I’ve ever tried. It tasted like the plastic bag it was bought in. There was a tea and coffee station and some juice but all I could actually have was the Rice and Fried Egg. Room was small but it has everything you need. There is a separate vanity sink located outside the bathroom as the toilet and shower occupy the bathroom space. The shower pressure is really strong and the nozzle wasn’t broken this time. However, Hotel cleaners need to make sure they regularly check the drains as they are going to be clogged with long hair. It’s gross and makes the water take ages to drain away; which is clearly what happened during my stay. Staff were happy to hold my bags when I was out shopping so it was a great stay overall a couple of minor hiccups. Thanks Ibis

I booked this hotel because I attended a concert held at Shenzhen Bay Sports Center. This hotel is of reasonable distance from the sports center and those flagship shopping malls in the Shenzhen Bay area. The hotel room was clean and brightly lit, and the girl at the reception was so nice that we shared much about the concert on that day. The breakfast there was ordinary, but just 1 minute next door is the Nanshan Fun shopping center that you may eat and shop in a very large supermarket, plus Nanshan Museum and Library are also at the opposite.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good location. Bed was comfortable. Nice place to stay for 1 or 2 days.

Nice staff. Near to Daxin metro. About 10-15 mins walk. Clean room. Fast check in and check out. With limited breakfast choice. Hotel lobby at ground floor. Room at 5th - 6th floor. The rest are non hotel floor which i feel a bit melting pot.

Bad location and messy reception. The room is basic .

Nice place to stay for a few days with some malls around, a decent breakfast and the subway station close to the hotel. We’ll definitely come back in the future if we have the chance.

It comes with free laundry service. Even provide softener and detergent.
