Overall was good.Stillbcan be better as this is the second time that i stay and this times the cleanness was not so good as the.previous time i visit

The hotel locates at the city centre. It is convenient to go to the Nagora hill mall. The hotel is new and very clean.

Overall good for business guys, not quite ideal for families . Overall service was ideal and security is excellent, front office Mr Arief's was impeccable !!!

It’s affordable with great location and service. Just surprised that there’s no mini fridge in the room. But for a 3 night stay, it was more than good enough. The room was extremely clean and the food at the cafe they have at the top floor served really good food!

Pros: 1) Good Location: The location is near to the nagoya mall and about 10 mins drive frm the grand batam mall. 2) Standard room size: Decent for 2 person Cons: 1) The sound proof not very good, you will easily get distracted by the traffic outside or the other hotel guests. 2) Do bring your own hairdryer because they wont provide any

Very New Hotel, Everything is new. Too bad, the pillows were too thick. should be 2 softer pillow + 2 current pillow. The hotel room not sound proof, even from the 8th floor, the noise of the motorcycle were so noisy. Overall is a very good hotel.

Dirtiest hotel that I had ever stayed in. Was given a room and found some brown stains and hair on the towels and bed sheets. Requested for a change in room, but was told there was no other rooms available. They gave us the option to downgrade our room but refused to return us the price difference. They eventually managed to change our room but the other room was as dirty as the first - we found blood stains on bedsheets and brown spots on the towels…. There was no other rooms and it was getting very late so we just requested for a change in bedsheets and towels. Lastly, the sound proofing of the room is terrible.

stayed at this hotel few times, location is alright as it is opposite nagoya mall, particularly like shopping at nogoya bcos of the informa store which carries many home living products

The hotel is in a great location, which makes getting around very convenient. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the only downside was that there was no hairdryer provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a small issue that could be easily fixed.

Room is cozy and clean, not too big but not too small. Staffs are friendly and attentive, overall a good experience

I booked 2xRoom, but the room had a bad smells and the sheets were dirty. Overall it was ok. Hope it can be improved. Thanks

Very good service. Staffs always put up a smile, and help with doors and luggage. Very very comfortable bed. Quiet air con, hot shower, strong wifi always on point. Mall is opposite. Lots of massages opposite as well. Food court right below for breakfast too. Level 9 has a nice aircon view of Batam. Will come again.

Very good experience for my first time staying at Ando. Selected Ando after reading good reviews and on my arrival, didn’t know that Nagoya Mall is just a walking distance away. About 2 minutes across the road, and not forgetting there’s a convenience store next door. Did my proper check-in and gotten my room around 5 plus after doing my nails and did some shopping too. As my newly bought slipper (hook) came off, the staff provided me with the cable ties to securely salvage my shoe. Credits to the staff on duty on Saturday night. Will definitely book here again for my next trip. Side tip: Always go for grab and its very accessible!
