Hotel is simple but impeccably clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is in a quiet area, but walkable to public transport and city attractions. Hotel is close to an important medical center (Centro Médico Teknon) and is perfect if accommodation near the medical center is needed. I would elevate the hotel to 4 stars.

La verdad que el hotel está bastante bien. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda. La puerta del baño era transparente y pasaba toda la luz de la ventana del baño a la habitación... El personal frío y distante

Horrible bed, impossible to sleep on it. Room was not clean - toilet had marks from the previous occupant and there was hair in the basin. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best on our trip. Out of town centre , 1km to the nearest metro station.

This is a great place for a quick stay or emergent stay. Sadly, our stay was long and the inadequacies wore on us. The front desk staff is kind albeit slow and not really interested in going that extra mile. More than once we asked to buy water (the bar is atttached to the front desk) because the water dispenser on the counter was empty 80% of the time and were told to go to the vending machine while the clerk was on the computer. The breakfast sat out at room temp for hours and the was wrapped up and put back in the fridge. The ice bins for keeping chilled food cold didnt contain ice and the food just sat in and sweat. So, if room temp kefir is your go to...there is plenty. The eggs were made and reused day after day and were wet with oil (also not kept warm). Our room smelled of mold and has visible mold growing around the inside and outside of the shower. The AC was less than cool. The pool had a fake surround that is show on the site as real. The guests that were frequenting the pool definitely needed some direction on bathing attire, the pool is not an ashtray and beer bottles around the pool. Smoking on the emergency exit at night was a regular occurrence. Overall not so good...

It's a cute hotel in Bonanova, great location, it's comfortable and clean. Rooms are good equipped, only minus - you can hear the neighbours if they get loud. Otherwise an excellent option for solo traveling and more.

Very nice and modern rooms with everything we need. Good service in the reception, and it was great that we could order pizza to the room when we arrived after midnight! The breakfast was ok, it had good amount of choices. The hotel has a nice little pool area with a Jacuzzi, and a few sunbeds. The only small complaint i have is that there was a bit noisy in the hallway outside the room in the morning, i think it may have been the cleaners. We had a very nice stay! :)

Beautiful hotel in Barcelona. Great staff and we felt welcome. Nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast was very good! We didn't have enough time to see everything we wanted to see, so we will be back for sure!

When we arrived we were worried because we thought the hotel looked small from the outside and this was reflected in the room size. Do not go by the room aize states on the description as it gives the same size for all the rooms. However apart from that the room was very clean and although I didn’t meet any of the cleaning staff they were amazing. I would also like to to thank Hernan at reception and Laura in the restaurant. Both were so warm and friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and ready to help. So different from many hotels who do not appreciate your custom. The room itself had good facilities and the air conditioning was a blessing. Thank you very much.

Lovely stay, everything you need. Great breakfast, lots of choice and lovely food. Bedrooms were clean and simple but had everything you need. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. More residential location great for us visiting family but short easy trip down to city centre

The staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Willing to solve any question at any time. About the bedroom itself, very clean and anything required for a short stay as well as very good located. Highly recommended it!

I was here for one day on business and couldn't be happier. I only stayed in the hotel for about 6 hours, but it was excellent. Great comfortable and clean bed, a clean bathroom all I could ask for! I would stay here again. If anything, WiFi speeds were considerably low (I got about 1-2 Mbps at times). Generally it was around 20-30 Mbps.
