Breakfast is fantastic and great location and friendly service

He’s place to stay in Wuhan. Rooms are big, clean and staff is so efficient. The hotel is so technologically high end. Loved staying here. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Wuhan to stay here. Also it’s quite affordable. The only push back was the staff didn’t know much English. But I was mildly fluent so it was ok for me. For my parents who didn’t know a word of Chinese the staff was so helpful in anyway possible despite the language barrier. Loved our stay here.

We are from the US and enjoyed our stay at Atour S Wuhan. The breakfast included Chinese and Western options, so delicious. There was a good coffee machine. The staff helped us with ordering a taxi. The bed was very comfortable. It was about a 12 minute walk from a subway station. I would stay there again.

Nice modern boutique hotel which is about 10-15minutes walk to ChuHan shopping street. It will be good if cars can enter their driveway to board or alight as it is really inconvenient when it’s raining. Check-in wasn’t that welcoming as the concierge was spending a long while to figure out my nationality from the passport. I had arrived at 3am and super tired and hence do not appreciate this. Overall it was a pleasure stay for me.

The brands cold brewed tea pot (for travel) is very convenient and tasteful. Staff are very friendly.

The service was excellent, especially the front desk girl (TABOO楚依) was super helpful, she helped us book taxi, sort out printing and give very useful directions for getting around the area! The breakfast was nice, the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely come back again when back in the region and would highly recommend the hotel!

The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

位置超方便，到楚河漢街入口步行5分鐘即可，到SKP步行15分鐘，打車去糧道街過早15分鐘，打車到黃鶴樓20分鐘，到省博、武大和東湖也不遠。 前台的小姐姐服務態度很好，辦入住時還給從雙床房升級到了套房，走的時候看帶着小朋友還給送了小禮物，拿了水。 房間裏乾淨衞生，洗澡水壓不錯，備品是Le Labo。套房床上和客廳裏各有一個電視，各看各的非常方便。 如果來武漢旅遊，推薦下這個酒店，吃喝玩樂都方便！

房間很大很很乾凈，大標間是兩張1.5米的床，對於4口之家出家非常合適。很舒服。 早餐還行，就是簡餐類，不過有熱乾麪。 房間臨着馬路，晚上有點噪音。但延時到4點退房太友好了。 武漢很好，值得再來！

沒想到亞朵可以這麼差！ 1. 一共15層的酒店，16-20多層還是公寓，就兩個電梯可用，其中一個還可以去酒店公寓，每次坐電梯都層層停，打開也沒人，兩個電梯也沒有相互關聯。住在11層，每次上下樓極其無語。 2. 房間衞生猛地一看還挺乾淨，細看地板全是大縫,裏面的灰都成老泥了，廁所牆角全是嘣上去臟痕跡。窗簾本來是電動的，後來又壞了。 3. 外賣機器人根本等不起，叫個外賣到大堂了，等送到房間已經20分鐘了，估計也和電梯有關係，而且機器人就倆，啥都幹，還得老充電。 4. 前台的熱飲次次都是空的，知道退房時才看到點飲品。 5. 洗手池水本身就不大，入住最後一天竟然還停水了，都沒水沖廁所！ 6. 帶孩子來旅遊想要過早的朋友千萬別住這裏，所有好吃的都離這裏挺遠的，而且無論什麼時候都很堵車。 7. 房間不隔音，站在電梯廳能聽到房間裏各種聲音，在房間裏能聽到別的房間放水的聲音，每天都差不多晚上12點以後才安靜。 8. 洗衣房看着挺好，可是洗衣機烘乾機的皮條都有黴了，本想洗衣服，看到上一個滾筒裏掏出來襪子內褲牛仔褲毛衣秋衣褲，瞬間崩潰，太噁心了！果斷放棄。 房價接近500元，卻還沒有300多的服務周到貼心，設備還那麼老，衞生還是這個樣子。太差了，對亞朵有陰影了。

非常感謝楚雲舒小姐姐，幫我找到了丟失的衣服，特地很晚了還發消息給我。幫我安排一大早就寄回來。 本來不抱希望了，早晨發現的時候打去問，白天的工作人員説找不到，結果晚上就打來了，很有心很有交代！ 酒店本身也非常舒適，以後來武漢都會選擇這裏

跨年倒數完隨便在附近找的酒店，剛拿到房卡的時候就沒給我們寫房間號，衹給我們説了樓層，後來在相應樓層給前台打電話才知道房間號，這個也算了，人都有失誤。進房間以後，找前台多要了一套牙刷和拖鞋，第一次打完電話半個多小時沒送過來，後面又打了一次電話才送上來；後面發現電視調不了也關不了，太困了所以直接電視亮着睡了，一晚上沒睡好；洗手池旁邊的門框還貼着雙眼皮貼，吹風機也沒有，真的是很無語

酒店在楚河漢街附近，非常方便，地鐵站走幾分鐘就到，服務很好，因為我們有老年人同行，請前台給我們延了一個小時，非常感謝🙏！
