房間很新，上午到的，沒有房間，換到對面的酒店，第二天再換回

화장실이 변기랑 샤워장 분리형이라 조금 불편함. 샤워할 때 물 다 밖으로 새서 침대 옆까지 다 물바다 됨. 방 바꿔달랬는데 귀찮아하는 눈치였음. 직원마다 사바사지만 착한 직원도 있고 귀찮아하는 직원도 있음. 시설은 그저 그럼. 다만 바로 앞에 큰 기차역과 지하철, 버스역 다 있어서 이동하기 편함.

非常好。乾淨整潔。位置安全。特別方便去周邊的各個景點。具體地鐵站也特別近。真的十分推薦大家入住到這裏。

We do not recommend. After arriving at the hotel (close to midnight, in a not so nice neighbourhood), we were told that they could not accommodate us and that they had moved our reservation to the hotel next door. Same stars, but much cheaper for our chosen dates and less amenities. No reward nor upgrade given for our inconveniences. We were not informed of this via any means. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Even in the hotel next door, they could not believe that they had not even bothered to contact us (we are even members of Catalonia Rewards). They did not even bother to offer us an upgrade. Please do yourself a favour and book your stay somewhere else. This hotel and their service is not worth your money nor time.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights when visiting Barcelona. The location is OK, a bit out of the way so had to get taxi's into Gothic Quarter, to the beach, etc. If you come out of the hotel and turn left, there are some nice places to eat and a few shops. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the staff are helpful and polite. Our room was ready for us to check into early which was a bonus! We had breakfast there for 13 euro each, the food was nice and there was a variety. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area is small but just what we wanted after a hot day of sightseeing. However, I feel there could be more chairs/loungers provided as there was only 3 loungers and 2 chairs on the first 2 days. On our last day an extra lounger appeared and 2 more chairs. It did get a bit busy up there at times. The hairdryer in the room stopped working and hotel staff done their best to get a new one, it was available the next morning but we didn't need it then as was checking out. But they done their best and were very apologetic. Overall, a nice hotel, however if I was to return to Barcelona I would pay a bit more and stay closer to the city centre.

This hotel is a scam! We have booked this hotel and a much better room where it said in description that the rooms are new and fresh. However, upon arrival, me and my family was sent to another huge hotel which completely teared down and old rooms! Our room is small, the panels on the wall are loose and about to fall off. The room smells terrible and if you are taller than 169m you can hardly feet in bed.

I just wanted to add some photos of the awful breakfast, the barrier which stopped you turning the water on to have a bath. the fact that the hotel advertises a BAR and there isn't one, also advertises a mini bar and there isn't any, well there is but they are empty, we had a small bar of soap for three days which was not changed or replaced, the specialty tea was great but all flavor's and no regular breakfast tea, even when i hid the flavors more appeared but no breakfast tea. the lounge area, well if you could call it that was so uncomfortable and sparse, boring. the pool wasn't a swimming pool it was a meter deep if that splash pool. a very disappointing stay indeed.

Really loved this hotel. Close enough to restaurants and attractions, but still had a neighborhood feel. Mass transit options near and taxi stand around the corner. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Within walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Helpful staff.
