I have very mixed feelings about this hotel- the room was modern and simple and clean. Soomin—at check in was lovely & wonderful so thanks :) However, the breakfast waiters/staff- were the rudest. I have never experienced such bad service and I’m not the type of person who is bothered by service. They were rude, snappy, slow and insulting and called our tip “fun” when we simply only were bought a orange juice 30 minutes late

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Đi Disneyland ở California nhất định phải ở khách sạn Disneyland, quá tiện lợi. Mình ra ngoài xếp hàng lúc 7h sáng và về khách sạn lúc 12h tối mình ở lại 2 ngày và rất tiện lợi khi sử dụng Gens+ ở California rất thú vị bạn không nên bỏ lỡ nhé! Sau này, tôi chơi Universal ở Los Angeles, và nó có cảm giác tương tự như ở Trung Quốc, có thêm tham quan và Mario. Cá nhân tôi nghĩ rằng nếu chọn một trong hai công viên thì Disney hẳn sẽ vui hơn, đặc biệt là Adventure. Công viên.

Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

Great location, very kind service! Clean rooms. My trip plans kept changing so I was booking additional nights daily, front desk was super helpful daily with updating keys and any questions with that.

Có xe buýt đưa đón trực tiếp đến Disneyland Anaheim, cách khoảng 2 điểm dừng. Nhìn chung là một trải nghiệm tốt. Nơi này cũng an toàn, trạm xe buýt đến Disneyland nằm trong khuôn viên nên cảm thấy an toàn hơn nhiều. Khách sạn sau trạm xe buýt này có những người vô gia cư ngủ trên băng ghế.

Vị trí khách sạn không tệ, nếu đi xe buýt ART thì chỉ mất 10 phút và 1 trạm dừng là đến công viên Disneyland. Tuy nhiên, giờ giấc không chính xác. Ứng dụng luôn không theo đúng lịch trình. Thật điên rồ với tôi. Nếu muốn đi bộ đến trung tâm Disney, bạn cần mất 20-25 phút nhưng dễ dàng di chuyển. Bữa sáng giống nhau mỗi sáng, không thay đổi. Đồ ăn cơ bản. Nhưng tốt vì đã ghi lại lượng calo cần thiết. 😄 Không có nước nóng, kể cả nhà hàng hay phòng nghỉ.

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.
