TTài khoản kháchI was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected.
Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold.
Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name.

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. JJoe0412You get what you pay for. Very little amenities in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows.
However, good AC & WiFi, incredible customer service, decent breakfast and the location is convenient with the metro and main train station just outside. Breakfast was below average
