Initiating with the positive aspects: - The breakfast was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10/10. The restaurant offered an excellent range of food options, maintained a clean environment, and had courteous staff. - The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, though it is not of significant size. The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments. While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

We love the ambience of the place. Room service was superb! They really clean and change towels, even wash the used utensils knowing your things are safe when you come back to your room. All amenities are for couples except for the slippers but we didn't mind cause my husband brought his own. All of the staff are approachable. Wifi is working, fridge is cold, they also have blow drier and flat iron with stand. I just hope the television will upgrade to a smart tv. Everything was great. We even ate buffet breakfast which are various dishes from pinoy to foreign food.

Our choice of stay everytime we visit Iloilo City. It's a simple hotel but the staff service is excellent! We like it here because it's walking distance to the Esplanade, Riverside Boardwalk, and the Shops at Atria. It's also surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars, which provides a vibrant nightlife.

Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious.

The place is very accommodating and the foods are great 😊 I also visited their branch in Guimaras and It’s very nice place. If your going to visit guimaras you should come by to their place. It’s near the coasts so the ambiance is really refreshing 🫶🏻
